Namjoon had stopped by the next day to hang out with you. You guys watched The Office, episode after episode. Now, you two had more references to say to each other.
"I'm gonna go." Namjoon said picking up his jacket. "You have to work on my essay."
"Oh my gosh, that's right!" Your head fell back on the couch. "Why do you have to give us such big assignments?"
"It's college, Y/N. Nothing's small or easy anymore." He opened your front door and shoved his right hand in his pocket.
"I'll see you tomorrow." You said, walking him out.
"Be careful while I'm gone." He softly knocked your jaw to the left with his knuckle.
"Yes, dad." You chuckled before you answered.
"No, don't call me that." He laughed and put his hand on your shoulder. He pulled you into a hug and your face smushed into his chest. "Bye, Y/N."
"Bye, Namjoon." You muffled.
You watched him walk down the hallway. He had this certain way he'd stroll. One foot would kick in front of the other, kind of the way he'd pace the front of his classroom. He walked almost like a model. He does have amazing body proportions.
"I know you were watching me!" Namjoon shouted once he passed into the next hallway. You giggled and realized that you really were staring him down when he was walking.
Almost immediately, someone else walked into the hallway you were in.
"Hi, Y/N!" Seokmin waved and smiled so hard his eyes disappeared. You swear you thought the corners of his mouth was touching his ears, that's how big of a smile it was.
"Hey, Seokmin. What are you doing here? Don't you live in the building next to this one?"
"Yeah, I do." He replied. "I'm just over here to hang out with a friend."
"Ah." You nodded your head and turned around to go back inside your apartment. "I'll see you tomorrow in English Lit."
"Hey, wait." Seokmin called out to you before you could take a step. You stopped where you were and looked back at him over your shoulder.
"I was wondering if you'd like to go out sometime." His smile was small but sincere.
You stomped your foot while turning around and put your hand on your hip. "Going out with a pretty boy? Doesn't seem like a good idea."
"It's a great idea. Especially if it's you." Now he was giving the big smile again.
You chewed the inside of your lip while taking a deep breath. "Sure. I'll go out with you."
"Alright, cool. Tomorrow night, 7?" He pointed at me with both index fingers.
"Yeah. I'll see you then." You nodded before flashing him a smile and walking back into your house.
Once you shut the door, Seokmin jumped and cheered quietly. Punching the air with his fist while whispering random things to show his excitement.
~~~~
It was 8:40 AM and you heard a knock on your door while you were eating breakfast.
You shoved a spoonful into your mouth before shuffling over to the door. You opened it and saw Taehyung looking bright. He was wearing a white V-neck under his jean jacket he wears a lot with a pair of jeans that matched the same color as his jacket.
"Hey, Y/N!" He greeted enthusiastically with a big, rectangle smile and a wave.
"Oh, hey, Taehyung." Your hand fell from the doorknob. "You seem extra cheery today."
"I guess I am." He giggled. You let him walk into your apartment as you went back into your kitchen to finish your breakfast.
"Are you early or am I late?" You shoveled your food quickly into your mouth, already knowing you're late.
"You're late." He let one side of his mouth lift to a smirk.
"I'm never late." You said, putting your shoes on.
"Never shouldn't be used." His eyes roamed around the apartment.
"What do you mean?" You grabbed your bag and jacket, shuffling your keys in your palm.
"Never is always exaggerated." He shoved his hands in his jean jacket pockets and rocked back and forth on his feet while he waited for you to lock your door.
"Not all the time."
"If someone is in an argument, they'll use the word never just because they're mad. Then after they're over it, they go back to doing whatever they promised they'd never do." You two started walking down the hallway.
"I don't know, when I use the word never I mean it." You didn't say that, but someone from behind did. You both turned around and saw Seokmin.
"Hello, classmates."He smiled while Taehyung turned around quickly, barely sparing him a glance. You heard him sigh deeply, like he was annoyed by Seokmin's presence.
"Hey, Seokmin." You fixed your bag's strap as you greeted him. "Did you stay the night at your friend's place last night?"
"Yeah, I did. His class started earlier than mine so he was gone when I woke up."
You saw Taehyung pucker his lips and slightly nod, as if he's being sarcastic about being interested.
"You know, Y/N, you always greet me with the same sentence." He snickered. "Hey, Seokmin."
"Ah," you chuckled a bit. "I'll try to remember to greet you a different way the next time I see you."
"Which is tonight. I have a lot planned." He said, proudly. Taehyung turned to look at you; his brow down.
"A lot?" You asked.
"I like to plan big things for dates." It was as if Seokmin tried to say "dates" in a louder tone as he glanced at Taehyung.
"Seokmin, when will you walk away?" Taehyung snapped.
Your head flinched. You had never heard that tone come out of Taehyung's mouth before. You weren't sure if you should feel scared or just be normal.
"Well, I do have the same class as you guys. So, I might as well walk with you!" Seokmin said, happily.
Seokmin followed you both the whole way. He tried to squeeze between you two on the sidewalk but Taehyung pulled a move. He wrapped his arm around your shoulder so Seokmin couldn't separate you guys.
"Great walk, guys." Seokmin commented sarcastically before walking away to his seat in the front.
You glanced at Taehyung who was smirking and holding his palm to his face to stop himself from snickering.
"Hey, Y/N, come sit by me today?" Taehyung asked and raised his eyebrows.
You looked from Jinnie to Taehyung back and forth. She wiggled her eyebrows when he wasn't looking and nodded. You shrugged and walked with Taehyung to his seat where Jungkook was.
"Hi! I'm Jeon Jungkook!" He stuck his hand out for you to shake it and gave you a big smile. The kind of smile where his eyes crinkle and disappear.
