NICK'S POV

"honey, I'm home!" I exclaimed, excitement is clearly in my voice.

I really love Alex with all my heart and soul.

She's the only one who gives me strength when im feeling my problems are possible for me to solve, the only hope that i have when things are falling apart, the angel to help me guide we're im supposed to be and the love of my life.

She was there when my father died due to plane crash. She was there when i had my melt down when i cant accept my father's death, she was there to comfort me. The one saying that we will get trough this and every thing will pass.

A couple of minutes i heared foot steps running down the stairs, and when she saw the sight of me, she gave me a warm smile that shows her white perfect teeth and run towards me with open arms and gave me a deep kiss.

"God! I miss you honey" she whispered when she pulled apart from me,while i was carrying her, her legs we're wrap on my waist and one of my hands were holding her butt for support and the other on her back.

" i miss you too honey," i whispered to her lips and gave a long deep kiss before i let her down and putting my hands around her shoulder and her hands were wrap around my torso. And we walked to the kitchen.

"so whats for dinner?did you cook something?" i asked while giving her a kiss on top of her head and i recieve a soft giggle from her. GOD KNOWS HOW MUCH I LOVE HER.

" i did cook spaghetti, is that okay? I wasn't feeling well this morning, actually whole day. I dont know if i just miss you or something" she gave me a sweet smile and a puppy eyes before snuggling in my neck and teasingly giving a soft kiss.

" dont do that baby if you can't finish it. And i was gone like....." i gave her a seductive smile before checking my watch." like 12 hours and i called you every two hours" i let out a small laugh amd tighten my grip on her.

"hahaha just be glad that you have a wife that misses you alot.....wait....."
She pulled away frome when we got imside the kitchen. And remove my blazer and loosen my tie and rolled my sleeves up. "want some wine?" when i nodded she asked again" white or red....oh! Never mind red it is" she gave me a smile and gave me a peck on my lips before walking to the stove to get me some spaghetti and put it on the plate and to the table before walking to the cabinet and reaching up to the wine. But when she reach for it her t-shirt rose up and i observed that her belly got a little big i dont know so i asked her.

"Honey are you pregnant or something?" i said jokingly and walked towards her and giving her a back hug and putting my arms on her belly and caressing it. "or are you just gaining weight?" i said kissing her neck.

She pulled away from me but not harshly.

"first of all mr. You dont ask a woman or even tell her if she's gaining weight or something and secondly i think i am and i dont know why, i dont eat much but....i dont know" she said the last part weakly. And i walk towards her again and touched her cheecks.

"hey i was kidding" i kissed her forehead and said" but are you feeling okay? Do want me to take you to the hospital or call our family doctor?" looking at her hazel brown eyes.

She looked up to me and leaned on mu touch.

" nah! Your too busy, I'll just go tomorrow bu myself, you dont have to waste your time on me" she said and went to a glass wine.

"honey, every time i spent on you is not a waste, dont ever even thonk that your a waste of time or a burden to me because your not. You understand me?" i saod cupping her face.

"sorry, i didnt mean it that way" she pulled my loosen neck tie and kissed me on my mouth. "now eat." she said in commanding voice.

And i frown when i look down on the table to saw it, ot was one plate with spaghetti and a red wine. I looked at her and ask.

"your not going to eat honey? Have you eaten already?"

"no im just not in The mood to eat you know i dont know if im on diet or just world hunger......" she keeps on babbling like shes weird.

"honey, relax, you know i think you should take a break on F.R.I.E.N.D.S cuz your acting like pheobe" i said teasingly and she gave me a weak slap on my shoulder.

"I really like her she's so cute and funny, i know you like her too dont deny it were the only one who knows" and she wink at me.

And i just pulled her and let her sit on my lap and i started eating.

A week later

Alex becomes very quiet this past week since she came back to the doctor. When i asked her if everything were fine and she just said perfect and i just let her be.

A couple of hours later my intercom in my office dinged and Anna said my secretary for five years and one of my bestfriend came through and said.

"sir, someone here named joe wants to see you and says that its urgent."

"tell him that if he can wait for a second cuz im trying to finish something"

"alright sir"

A couple of minutes Anna came trough the intercom

"sir he keeps on imsisting that it cant wait any seconds cuz its urgent and its about your wife "

About my wife?what did alex do now?is she on trouble?or sick.

"alright then,let him in "
