Boyfriends?

Joey's POV

We broke from the kiss and just looked at eachother.

He didn't take his hands off my waist, but I wasn't complaining. I left my arms draped over his shoulders anyway.

God, he's perfect.

He deserves someone better than me.

Someone as perfect as he is.

Does he even like me?

Is he using me?

No, he's too sweet to use me... right?

Those thoughts were racing around my head a mile a minute. I didn't comprehend all of them, but one stuck out in my mind.

What if he and I could be something? Should I ask him?

"Hey, Daniel?" I asked him. Shit! What am I doing? Have I even thought this through?

"Yes, Joey?" He said his arms still wrapped around my waist.

"W-would... umm... like, maybe you w-would...like to... umm... b-be my boyfriend? Only if you want to! I don't want to like force you to or anything because you probably don't like me like that." I said while looking away from him. He used his strong, yet soft hand to move my faces gently, causing me to look at him.

"I'd love to." He said while kissing my forehead. I blushed and snuggled into his head. He placed his head on top of mine and wrapped his arms around me tighter.

Daniel's POV

I didn't take his hands off his waist, looking at the literal definition of perfection in front of me. He left his arms draped over my shoulders, and I couldn't keep the smile off of my face.

God, he's gorgeous.

He deserves the world, and I will do whatever it takes to give him it.

I imagine Joey and I married with two kids and us hugging in the kitchen. I smiled more and thought about is getting married.

Those thoughts were dancing around my head and I wasn't complaining.

"Hey, Daniel?" Joey asked me, snapping me out of my thoughts.

"Yes, Joey?" I replied, my arms still wrapped around my waist.

"W-would... umm... like, maybe you w-would...like to... umm... b-be my boyfriend? Only if you want to! I don't want to like force you to or anything because you probably don't like me like that." He said while looking away from me shyly. I used my hand to gently move his face towards mine so I could look into those beautiful eyes again

"I'd love to." He said while kissing my forehead. I blushed and snuggled into his head. He placed his head on top of mine and wrapped his arms around me tighter.

Okay, so I'm sorry that this chapter is so short, but I had to get braces yesterday, soccer games today, and my birthday is tomorrow, so yeah. But next week's chapter will be longer, I promise!!
