All charters start in East blue they must have a starter weapon like a sword or guns.

Your charter may have roukishi and hai but he must awaken them and they must be unlocked once you get into the grandline

You are allowed to make custom devil fruit but they can not be super op

You can not I MEAN NOT God mode during fights

You should talk like this while roleplaying
Drake what are you doing *punch* Baka

You are allowed to make separate arcs for your charecter alone for charter devolpment
