Skype calls <3

~~hey! This is the first chapter to a story I started writing in the summer and fell in love with, it might not be my best writing but I love it a lot, hope you like it! ENJOY! ~~

(Neve's POV)
I logged off of Skype smiling, I can't believe I got so lucky as to land the girl of my dreams. She was perfect for me. I loved her with all my heart, she's my world. I stood up from my computer and walked over to my beside table, I plugged my phone in and lay down in my bed. I closed my eyes and thought about our future together, mine and Lilly's life together, it will be perfect. My phone started ringing snapping me out of my daydream, irritated I looked to see who it was, it was my friend Erin. I put on a happy face and answered the FaceTime call, she told me about the person she'd been talking to online and we said some stupid things, just like we did every FaceTime. She said she had to go and left. I was fine with that, I was more than happy to be left alone with my thoughts. Thoughts of my and Lilly's life together.

(Lilly's POV)
"I love you Nevie!!!" I said smiling at the webcam as my girlfriend ended our Skype call. I was so happy, I've liked her since forever. But I never thought she'd like me back, why would she? I'm just a sad girl who's good at pretending to be happy. I sat on my floor thinking about things when my little brother came crashing through my door
"Alan what do you want??" I said half laughing at his little kid pyjamas
"I love you lillllyyyyyyyyy!!" He said running up to me trying to hug me while giving me those puppy dog eyes that he does so well
"I love you too, now go to sleep it's really late" I said rolling my eyes and pushing him away slightly
"But your not asleep?" He asked trying to be smart
"I'm older than you, now go, Sleep!" I said raising my voice slightly and pointing at the door He gave me a look of utter disappointment, I almost felt bad but then he stuck his tongue out and ran away. My phone beeped, I looked at it, Neve has tagged me in a post about relationships, our love was strong and secret.
Neve, she's so beautiful, and she can't see it. I need her to keep me happy, I love her with all my heart. But I don't want to get soppy about it. I have to stay strong, untouchable. I have to be the tough one. I got lost in my thoughts about the future, I didn't like thinking about the future, too much could go wrong.
I jolted up, I had fallen asleep sitting on my floor, 'I guess that says a lot for my sleeping habits' I thought with a yawn as I went to bed.

The next morning I woke with sun filtering through the cracks in my curtains, I went to unlock my phone.
'Shit' I mumbled inaudibly. It was dead, I swung my legs over the side of the bed and stood up. I tried to think where I left my charger. Eventually I found it and plugged my phone in. I impatiently waited for it to turn on, I had to reply to Neve before she thought something was up, like last time when she phoned Lindsey to make sure I hadn't been kidnapped. She's so cute like that, Neve, such a worrier, in glad she cares about me. I've never had anyone care about me before, not as much as she does. My phone powered up, it buzzed and buzzed while it got through all my notifications, I scrolled through them. Neve had tagged me in six things, how cute! Lindsey and Amiee had said something in a group chat, and Erin had sent me a direct message, I wonder what that's about? I replied to everyone and just as I was about to open Erin's message a wave of uncertainty came over me, she never messages me, what has she done? I opened the message and it read - "hi Lilly! I just wanted to say I care about you loads and loads and if your sad or upset or anything you can message me if you want to <3" that's so random! It probably meant nothing, she was probably just having a bad night, oh well. I got a message from Neve - "how are you?" Oh my god! She cares so much! How nice is she! I love her so much I can't believe she would care enough to ask me that. I messaged her back smiling like an idiot, I love that dork so much

(Neve's POV)
I messaged Lilly, why wasn't she replying? I went to phone Lindsey but I decided not to because they all laughed at me the last time. I needed to ask her where she was going to be tomorrow. I was coming down tomorrow and I was going to get her to go to Erin's so I could surprise her. I was so exited! I asked Erin about it and she said it was fine. She actually seemed quite exited about it for once! I was so happy!
