Interesting College Project

Can you ever believe that college projects could sound interesting to a student like me? Well, it doesn't happen normally. However, this time, it was really interesting.

We were sitting in the classroom, waiting for the professor to come.

"Good morning class! How are you all doing?" The professor came and greeted us.

It was Miss Alina, the hottest professor of our college, favorite of almost every student. Her style and attitude reminded me of 'Sushmita Sen' from the movie Main Hoo Naa. But, today my focus was on someone else, who was still absent in the class. Yes - Jianna.

God, what was happening to me? I was never so serious about any girl. There were hundreds of girls who were crazy about me. But, I cared damn about them. And today, I was desperately waiting for her. I had a weird attraction towards her from the very first moment I saw her.

"Today I'll give you the topics for your 1st semester project. You will have to submit it latest by 6th of September and this project contains 35 marks. So, don't take it lightly."

O.M.G.! Projects?? These projects are so boring and wastage of time, energy, money and MIND (already scarce).

"Well, there's good news for you, students. You don't have to complete the projects alone. You'll have a partner. Both the partners should work equally as marks will be given individually according to your contribution. So, let's decide your partners."

"Wow! Partner." I thought.

"Ummmmm... yeah! The person sitting next to you shall be your partner. So, everyone come one by one and give me your group name and select the topics from the board."

"No way! My partner has not yet come. Why is she late today? She always used to be on time. What should I do now?" I wondered.

I came back from my imaginary world as soon as I heard a beautiful familiar voice.

"Excuse me ma'am. May I please come in? "

"Yes dear... come and quickly take your seat."

"I thank you God for hearing my wish."

"Hiee Atiksh! I can sit here, naa?" She asked sweetly.

"Of course, this place is reserved for you only."

"What?"

"Hmmm.. Nothing. Sit fast ma'am is giving topics for our 1st Semester project. And let me inform you that as you are sitting next to me, we'll be the partners."

"You and me, PARTNERS?" Her eyes widened in shock.

"Yup project partners. Any problem?" Pagal, life partner thodi ban rahe hai (Idiot, I'm not asking you to be my life partner).

"No dear, just kidding. In fact, it'll be good for me. You know the city very well, so it will help us to collect information and other stuffs for the project. And I'll also get a chance of Mumbai Darshan."

"Sure madam, always at your service." I was so mesmerized by those beautiful brown eyes that even if she asked me to become her bodyguard, I would be ready.

We both smiled at each other.

In the mean time, Miss Alina gave the project topics to all the students. Our topic was- Landmarks of 20th century.

"Wow! Interesting topic. It will be fun, doing this project."

" What did you say, Mr. Sarkar."

"Yup! It'll be fun doing this project, WITH YOU."

"Ahaan!! Let's see...." She said in a naughty voice.

Lecture came to an end .

Umm... It's the project partner who's interesting. And not the project.

It will be interesting to see these interesting partners project time.
