Chapter 2

After we got to the flat, I asked if I could have a friend over, and the boys said that they didn't care. I called my friend Aiman. She picked the phone up on the first ring. "Hello" she said. "Hey its me" I say. "What's new in your world?" she asked. "Well if you come over to my new flat you will find out" I state. "Ok text me the address and I will be there ASAP" she said. "Ok. See you soon" I said as she hung up. I texted her the address and she was here in about 5 minutes. "Wow. How did you afford this place?" she asked. "Well I'm living here as part of my new 'job'. You know how there was a contest and the prize was to open up for One Direction on your?" I ask. "Yea why?" she asked. "Well I'm going on tour with One Direction because I won the contest" I say. "You must be kidding" she said. "Am I lying, boys?" I say real loud. One Direction comes out and they all say "Nope she's not joking" at once. Aiman's mouth dropped open. "OMG" is the only thing she managed to say before she fainted.

I was shocked. I didn't know that vampires could faint. "Guys, go outside until I come get you" I command. "But... Why?" Louis asked. "Just do it, and Louis there are pigeons outside" I said. "Ooh! Pigeons!!!!!!!" Louis screamed, running outside like a 5 year old. The others followed him outside. I slapped Aiman a couple times until she woke up. "What was that for?" she asked. "You fainted" I say. She stood there speechless. "I didn't know that we could faint" she said surprised. "Neither did I" I replied. "I'm gonna go find out if our friends can come over" I say. "Ok" she said with a grin. I walk outside and get the boys attention. "Hey! Can I invite a couple friends over for a little bit?" I ask. "Sure why not" Liam said. I go back inside and call my friends, Abigail, Catherine, and Yesenia. I asked then if they could come to my new flat, and they all could. In 15 minutes my friends were here. One Direction hid again and I explained about my new 'job' again, and nobody believed me. One Direction came out from their hiding places. My friends were speechless. "Wow" Abi, Cat, and Sena all said at once. "Yep" I say. The boys pull me aside, they whisper between each other for a minute, then Louis steps up and whispers to me "Do your friends have boyfriends or like us?". "No and I don't know. But if you ever win one of their hearts, you must promise me now that you won't crush their hearts no matter what. Ok?" I say. "Ok" they all mutter at once. I walk over to my friends and lock One Direction in a different room. "Hey, are you guys fans of One Direction?" I ask my friends. "Yep" they all reply. "Why?" Abi asked. "Well the boys asked me if you guys had boyfriends and if you liked One Direction. I told them if any of them dates my friend, they can't and won't crush your hearts' I reply, "Ok, spill it. "Aww you used his nickname" they all chorused. "Shut up!" I scream. I went into the room where One Direction was locked in. "Abi likes Niall, Cat likes Liam, Aiman likes Harry and Sena likes Louis" I tell them. "Nobody likes me, do they?" Zayn asks with a touch of hurt and sadness in his voice, his eyes glittered with tears. "Zayn, somebody likes you" I say. Zayn smiles and whispers in my ear "I'm guessing you like me". After he said that, I blushed and said "Yep". "Do you guys like any of my friends soo far?" I ask. "Yea. I like Aiman" Harry said. "I like Sena" Louis says. "I like Cat" Liam said. "I like Abi" Niall says. Zayn doesn't say anything but he winks at me. I take that to mean he likes me. "Let's go back into the main room with my friends" I say as I walk out of the room. The boys follow me to the other room. I walk over to the girls and tell them that their favourite member likes them too. "It's lunch time. Do you like grilled cheese sandwiches?" I ask. "Yea" everyone chorused. "I'll go make lunch and you guys can play on the wii, x-box or watch tv or a movie" I say. They all nod their heads and I walk into the kitchen to start cooking. I started to make 3 sandwiches for each of the boys and girls, including myself. I mentally figured I would need to make at least 30 sandwiches. Zayn walked into the kitchen without me noticing. "You need help?" he asked. "Yea. I need to make 30 sandwiches total, 3 per person" I say. "Let's get to work then" he says and makes 10 stacks of bread with 6 slices of bread in each stack and stuck a slice of cheese in between each 2 slices. I got a few frying pans out and lit the stove top. I started to grill 2 sandwiches per pan and I had 4 pans. "Here I got these 2 pans" Zayn said, taking one of the two spatulas from my hand. "Ok" I say and continue cooking, "What's your favourite thing to cook?". "I don't know. What's yours?" he asked. "Apple Pie. It's the first thing I learned how to cook" I say. I grab 10 plates and stick 3 sandwiches on each plate. I grab 4 plates and Zayn grabs 4 plates too and we bring them to our friends. We went back into the kitchen to grab our plates. I had to put ketchup on my plate to dip the grilled cheese before I left the kitchen. "What does that taste like?" Zayn asked. "It tastes the same dipping grilled cheese in ketchup, as it does dipping it in tomato soup" I say. He took the bottle of ketchup and put a little bit on his plate then tried it, "This is good" he says. "Yea" I say. After we finished eating, he asked me "Am I really your favourite?". "Yea, you really are my favourite" I tell him, "Did that wink earlier, after the boys said who they liked, mean that you like me?" I ask. "Yea" he looked at his plate then walked to the sink and began to clean the plate. Everybody washed their own plate.
