My Bad Boy Best Friend

Chapter 2

I wasn't really happy with my story but you guys asked me to do another chapter so here you go, the picture is Lucas.

Zoe POV.

After school Lilly decided to come back to my house for a while.
"How much homework did you get?" I asked Lilly when we got to my room, we are home alone and my mum probably won't get home until midnight or early in the morning. Don't ask me what she does because I honestly don't even know all I know is that she comes home drunk and my dad well... Let's save that for later.

"Um I got home work for maths, and we both have home work for science and history." Lilly replied enthusiasticaly.
"Ugh I also have homework for maths +1 and drama." Okay just incase you are confused, I am in some of Lucas' classes because I am more "advanced" then the other students in my year.

Once we had finished our homework we decided to watch a movie. I went into my room and got pyjamas for us both, chips, chocolate and popcorn while Lilly got the notebook and put it on. I don't really like girly movies but sometimes they are okay to watch because i mean, I'm a girl ;P . When it ended Lilly was in tears and I just frowned.

"Stop crying dude, you have watched this movie over 50 times!" I laughed
"Yeah but it's SOOO sad." Lilly sobbed.
I got up and stretched before turning the light on.
"I should probably get home." Lilly frowned.
"Aww okay see you tomorrow." I replied before giving her a hug. I walked her outside and she went home.

After I cleaned everything up quickly I heard a knock on the door. Huh, Lilly probably forgot something. I looked at the time 11:30. I opened the door and saw Lucas smiling with a scary movie, pizza and ice cream in his hands, I laughed a bit while letting him in.

We went up to my room and Lucas put on the movie. I like scary movies but I mean I still get scared 😂. I put my long brown hair into a messy bun and stayed in my cute P.j's. It's a light blue singlet and some vintage light blue and white checkered shorts. I got into my bed and under the covers. Lucas took his shirt and pants off and stayed in his boxers and can I just say that he is dayum fine! But, I'm not attracted to him in that way, that doesn't mean I can't appreciate a good body hehe. He then turned the light off, got the food and laid in bed next to me.
"I don't know if I can eat anymore food today." I frowned because I love food.
"Oh but I got pizza.." Lucas started before I cut him off with
"OH OKAY I GUESS I CAN HAVE A LITTLE, IM IN GIVE ME PIZZAAA!" Haha what? It's pizza.

OKAY. That wasn't too scary pft. Maybe just a little bit.... Okay I still have my face hidden from the screen in Lucas' chest.

I heard him chuckle and I looked up and at the TV and realised it was already over... Opps
"What I was just tired it wasn't even scary!" I quickly defended myself. Lucas just laughed and did that sexy half smirk guys do. I DONT MEAN LUCAS just like anyone... Yep. That's totally what I meant. OKAY fine I totally think he is hot but I could never date him were best friends... Then again I could, NO! What are talking about Zoe. Oh gosh I-
"HELLO Zoe are you alive? Earth to Zo?" Lucas was saying wile waving his had in front of me "there is still pizza."
"Huh. Sorry I zoned out." I replied honestly and Lucas just started laughing he was almost crying from laughter. I looked at him confused but I couldn't help the smile that came over me. I love seeing him happy.
"Haah-pizza-haha-you-hahahaha" Lucas tried to say but was laughing to much and then I got it.
"NO, I didn't just pay attention because you said there was pizza! It was just good timing!" I pouted. Lucas laughed a bit then pouted back at me. After about 30 seconds of that we both started laughing. Just as we were sobering up from our laughter we heard the front door slam causing us to stop laughing immediately. He quickly got up and ran to my door to lock it. Just as he locked it we heard someone trying to open the door.
"Little b*tch!" We heard my mum curse before we heard her footsteps trailing to her bedroom.

We kept quiet for about a minute until we heard my mums snores coming from her room. Lucas looked at me and gave me a weak smile before hopping back in bed and hugging me. I just hugged back and but my head on his chest focusing on his heart beat and the warmth of his body. We stayed like this for a while before he let go and got his phone out and started texting someone. Once he finished he looked at me and smiled before he announced that he was sleeping over. I just smiled.
"Okay I'm going to brush my teeth." I got up and walked into my ensuite bathroom and brushed my teeth. Lucas did the same and we went back to my bed and laid down I had my head on his chest and he had his arm around me pulling me close to him.
"Goodnight Zo." Lucas whispered while giving me a kiss on my forehead.
"Goodnight." I whispered with a smile on my face. I fell asleep soon after.
