Alex's POV
After I got out of the closet I pulled Jupiter out along with me."What about your dad?" He asked and I looked at him.
"He'll be busy the whole time so it won't matter." I said and he nodded. I grabbed his hand and pulled him back to the party before I sat back down at the bar where I was originally at. Jupiter sat beside me as we sat there silent for a couple of seconds.
I looked over and saw Ian walking over. He sat down next to me and Jupiter stood up.
"I'll be back in a second okay?" He asked and I nodded. He kissed me before walking away. I looked at Ian and he spoke.
"So since when are you two back together?" He asked.
"Since a few days ago." I replied and he nodded.
"Does dad know?" He asked and I shook my head.
"God no, if he did I'd be dead." I said and he chuckled. "And he won't know either. Things are perfect for me and Jupiter right now and I don't want them to be screwed up." I said and Ian nodded.
"Understandable." He said. "But you don't want dad to know so you brought him to this party?" He asked looking at me like I was stupid.
I just simply waved him off. "He wouldn't even notice considering Jupiter barely looks like Jupiter today." I said and Ian nodded.
"Good point." He stated.
"Alex." I heard a voice say that caused me to freeze in my spot. Chills ran down my spine. I wish I could say I wasn't scared of him but I was. Highly afraid. I don't know what he's capable of so I have every right to be afraid. "Hello Alex." He whispered in my ear and I gulped before I spoke.
"Get away from me." I said and Ian looked at us curiously. He stepped closer to me speaking lower.
"You wouldn't want to cause a scene would you. I bet daddy wouldn't be happy with that." He said and I could feel his breath on my ear. I looked over at him.
"What do you want?" I asked.
"Get rid of your brother first." He said and I sighed looking over at Ian.
"Hey Ian look, there is Uncle Robert. I'm sure he's dying to talk to you. Why don't you go say hi?" I asked and Ian looked at me skeptically.
"Alex, are you okay?" He asked and I nodded.
"Yeah, just go." I said and he nodded standing up.
"Alright." He said before walking over to our uncle.
"Now what do you want?" I asked and he smirked.
"A dance."
"I will scream for Jupiter." I said looking at him.
"And cause I scene. I can already see your dads angry expression." He said and I glared at him.
"Your the devil." I spat and he grinned.
"Wanna see my pitchfork?"
I stood up annoyed. "I hate you."
"You won't be the first and definitely not the last. Come on princess." He said and I stopped. He looked back at me confused.
"Don't call me that."
"Oh touchy name?" He asked.
"Just don't call me that." I spat.
"Why?" He asked tilting his head to the side.
"Because I'm giving you this stupid dance, the least you could do is not call me that." I said angrily and Vincent smiled at me.
