New Girl

Jane POV

Today's my first day at my new school... Yay... Note sarcasm. I always hated going to school especially new schools, it's been Three Days since I been to school. It's what you usually would expect from 15 year old, but I always hated school not just because of the students or bullies but because of the social outcast. At my last school no one ever talked to me because they hated some bisexual girl who just wanted someone to love. I never fitted in with any social group whether it be the preps, dramas, or even the nerds. My aunt said everything would be different, but that's just it... Different was the problem. As soon as I arrived at school it poured down rain and I forgot my umbrella, luckily I had my hoodie, it was a grey long sleeve that could never fit me. My mom gave it to me before she... Never mind. As I put my hood on I run for the double sided doors. I manage to make it half way but I accidentally bumped into someone when I wasn't looking. "Ow." I looked over to see who was the person I bumped into. It was a girl with bright pink hair with a lovely butterfly hair clip and a vibrant light yellow sweater. My first thought was to blame them seeing as how that's how people always did it to me, but before I can even say anything she looks through the hair strands covering her eyes and begins to look embarrassed. Her eyes were so cute almost as a little bunny kind of. She automatically gets up and starts to apologize. "I'm so so s-sorry, please let me help you up." She reaches for my arm, but sees my hand and to look sad. I quickly jump up and pull my sleeves down to cover my cut hands. "Are you ok, d-did I do that, if I did I'm so s-sorry." She begins to grab my wrist and turn my arm over, but I yanked my arm away fast and dusted my self off. I look at her and nod to her answer and she starts to look at me puzzled as I start to pull my hood over my eyes. "Your new aren't you." She puts her hand on my shoulder and begins to smile lightly. "I can show you around if you want, I'm a sophomore so I know what everything is happening." I start to peak under my hood and slightly smile, but stop when someone else jumps in on our conversation. "Hey Fluttershy what's up." Judging by what the spastic pink girl says this girl must be Fluttershy "as I start to walk off the pink haired girl stops me and checks me out head to toe, literally, I try my best not to blush or even squeak but it's hard when some girl you don't even know starts checking you out, I mean jeez buy me a drink first, lady. "Your the new girl right, hi I'm pinkie pie, but you can call me Pinkie I mean that's what my friends call me." The way she said friends almost sounded sarcastic, but she didn't seem so mean, at least I hope. As soon as the girl started to look me in the face I squeaked a loud but yet quite squeak. "Wow are you ok there" they both stared at me and became impatient. "...my names Jane.." I was to quite that they couldn't hear me so I Reyes again but a little louder "My names Jane." As soon as I said my name they both stopped staring and looked at each other then back to me. "What an adorable name." Said the sweet Fluttershy "hey you know you almost sound like Fluttershy there kid." I turn around to what appeared to be a group of colorful bunch. "Sorry my names Rainbow Dash, but you can call me Dash for short." She begins to gesture to the other girls standing next to her "and this is Twilight and Apple Jack, but she usually goes by AJ." The group of colorful haired girls surrounded me just smiling and introducing each other to me. "Your the new girl huh, nice to have some new blood here." The Tanned one with freckles and a cowboy hat slapped my backpack in a friendly gesture, but in doing so made me jerk forward and fall down where I was met face to shoes with a sparkling purple haired girl who seemed as though she just walked out of some diamond shower. She bends down to help me up, but I accidentally slip while being pulled up and head butt her chest which resulted in more embarrassment. I couldn't stop blushing especially after the whole head to toe check up by Doctor Pinkie. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry that was an accident please don't be mad." I back up into the rainbow haired girl who just so happened to be behind me. I quickly look at the diamond covered girl and worry of what might happen. "Oh darling it's ok, accidents tend to happen sometimes." I quickly regain consciousness from the shock of what might have happened to me. She then looks at me and raises her hand in the air in the sense of a fashion model "my name is Rarity, and you are." After her introduction looks at me with a smirk. "My names Jane." I gotten so tired of saying my name I was worried I might throw up from all the excitement. After we talked for a while the bell rang and for once I wasn't walking alone, I had a group of actual friends to walk with and not some bullies carrying me from under my arms like I was being sent to prison. I think I might like it here, but I was so wrong.
