And I hate it that I couldn't even catch an air.
I like you walking so confident and cool,
And I hate it for making me look like a fool.
I like you being happy smiling ear to ear,
How can you be so handsome far or near?
But still I hate it for making my knees tremble,
What if I fall? I'll be in so much trouble.
I like you when you close your eyes trying to sleep,
And I hate it when you caught me memorizing your face
I like you when you smiled boyishly at me that day,
And I hate it that I blushed so I have to look away.
There are lot of things I like about you
But there are many things I hate about it too.
I like you for giving me happiness I can't confide,
And I hate it for I have to keep these feelings inside
You're making me nervous
And I'm hoping it isn't obvious
You're making me crazy
What are you doing to me?
I can't stop thinking of you all day long,
That I can even write you a sweet love song
But don't you know how hard it is to realize we doesn't fit?
And yet I still like you and I really hate it.
