{Chapter 22}
*Maddies POV
It was a Friday afternoon. I decided to drive over to Rheanna's work. She worked at a cake shop that she owned called 'Crazy Cakes'. When I walked in, I saw Rheanna adding small sugar flowers to a wedding cake. The cake was a 5 tier cake with purple and white frosting and hundreds of silver candy flowers. Rheanna looked over at the door because there was a small bell that would ring every time a person walked in. When she saw me, she washed her sugar-coated hands and ran to the front counter.
"Hey!!" she said while drying her hands.
"Hi. " I said looking at the pictures of cakes on the wall. Every picture had a thin brown frame with a metal plaque saying who ordered the cake and what occasion the cake was for.
"Did you make these cakes?" I asked still looking at the pictures.
"Ya. After we finish a cake, we take a picture of it to show to everyone who comes in here." She said walking over to me. I stopped in front of a picture. The cake had the Eiffel Tower with a bride and a groom on top of it. The base of the cake was a park with a tree. Under the tree was a bench. I read the plaque on the frame. It sayed: "Maddie's and Toby's wedding".
"Is this- Is this my wedding cake?" I asked her, pointing at the picture.
"Mmmhmm. It is. " she said looking at the picture. "I got to go back to work. I'll see ya later!!" She said hugging me and returning to what she was doing.
"ok. See ya!!" I said. I stayed a little longer to finish looking at all of the pictures. There were so many weird cakes!!
