He jumps off the couch and starts to walk into the kitchen.
'What kind of popcorn are you into?' He asks.
'Any, I don't mind... as long as there's Maltesers.' I giggle. Ever since I met Bethany, I discovered that she has a HUGE addiction over Maltesers and when she came over to my house the other day, she made me nuts about them too. So now, I kinda can't live without it.
'Cool. There's a remote on the 2nd shelf. Have a look at Netflix and see if you find anything' he says loudly as I hear him opening and closing shelves in the kitchen.
'I scroll through the lists, I can't find anything good.
'Find anything?' He asks as he plops down onto the sofa with a metal bowl full of freshly popped corn. Sitting pretty close to me. Whoa. He hands me a box of MALTERSERS. WHOA.
' All for me? I take a deep breath in and look into his caramel eyes with the biggest smile my face could fit. Anyway, I don't know. Erm... wanna watch 'THE RING'?' I suggest.
'sure, but can you handle a scary movie?' He smirks at me.
'I can but can YOU handle it' I ask, over-pronouncing the 'you' extremely.
'Maybe but if I get scared you might have to hold me' he chuckles quietly.
'I'm sure it's meant to be the other way around, but sure, I'll hold you.' I giggle awkwardly.
About 3 quarters through the movie Ethan puts one arm around me and pulls me closer. I realise I had been leaning into him since I was so worn out.
'Aww are you tired?' His tone was soft and soothing.
