My True Identity.

Chapter 8 - Meeting Danny and Kyle Ryder

I just cant sit still. I've been waiting an hour for my 'brothers'. Honestly I'm not completely convinced that their my real brothers. In a way it does make sense. I look nothing like Susan or Jim who i thought were my real parents. I have blonde hair and blue eyes whereas they both have dark brown hair and green eyes.

Suddenly my thoughts are interrupted by the sound of a car. I'm kind of scared to meet them now. What if the girl they were searching for isn't what they expected? What if they hate me and decide they don't want me?

I pulled shadow onto my lap and hugged him. Alice went to answer the door and i decided to be brave. I'm done being scared. If I'm not good enough for them well they can go screw themselves.

I stood up beside Rick and waited to see the faces of my new family.

Alice walked in with two very handsome guys but it was their eyes that caught my attention. They were identical to mine. My eyes are a very rare indigo color that gets lighter towards the middle.

I've never seen anyone else with eyes like mine.

It's true, their my brothers.

The one on the right looked a lot like me. We both have matching hair and eyes. He looked about 17 years old and fishface was clearly trying to get his attention. I suddenly felt extremely protective of him and wanted to keep her as far from him as possible.

What the hell? I don't even know him and i want to protect him?

"Hi, My name is kyle. I'm your big bro and that scary guy there is Danny hes your other brother, I'm so happy to finally meet you. I'm so sorry it took us so long to find you. I hope you can forgive us one day."

Wow they really care about me. Kyle looked so sad as he said the last part. I decided then to do something i usually don't do. I hugged him.

"I don't blame either of you, I must have been hidden really well. Im just glad to meet my real family"

It was true I'm done feeling sorry for myself. Its time to move on and be happy.

"Miley, you don't how much that means to hear you say that" kyle gave me a huge smile that showed his dimples.

"We really look very alike" Its strange that I'm so comfortable around him. Its like i feel safe. This is quite strange..

Just then Danny the older brother who looked very like kyle accept more serious and had midnight black hair walked towards us.

"You look exactly like our mother except the eyes, we all share our fathers eyes."

Suddenly he pulled me into a tight hug. I was surprised at first but hugged him back.

"It's good to finally have you back baby sis."
