I just thought since today is Christmas, my favorite holiday, I would update a special chapter just for you guys. :)

I think that as you grow older, your Christmas list grows shorter, because the things you want can't be bought.
Ella picked up Christmas card addressed to her. "Well, open it Ells." Crystal was bouncing on her knees, anxious to open hers. Ella ripped open the starch white envelope, and saw a cute little red and green card.
Hey El,
Here's something to brighten your morning.
If snowflakes were kisses,
I'd give you a blizzard.
Merry Christmas, Ella. I love you.

Ella smiled, reminding herself to send a text to Liam later.
"Alright everyone, time for presents!" Ella's mom, Cheryl, called from the hallway. Ella and Crystal ran to the hall, excited for the opening of the boxes that had sat for a month. Even though Ella was seventeen and Crystal was twenty, it was a holiday tradition to open presents before anything else.
After everything was open hours later, Ella and her family were gathered around the dining table, eating a Christmas dinner.
"Well, I think this Christmas was especially cheery, since our beautiful daughter came home from college just for us, and our other beautiful daughter stayed for Winter Break instead of going to Cancun with her friends." Cheryl said, lifting her wine glass from the table. John, Ella's father, placed a hand on Cheryl's arm. "I toast to that." John said, raising his glass too. Grandma Elsa and Grandpa Timothy raised their glasses too. Ella slung an arm around Crystal's shoulder, leaning their heads together as they too raised their wine glasses.

"I wish I could be there with you, El."
"Liam, you're at the X Factor, that is such a huge deal. And I'm not holding you back."
"I didn't mean it like that, Ella. I meant I'd rather be with you then at a House with boys I barely know."
"I know. I love you."
"I love you too, Ella."
Ella smiled.
"Merry Christmas Ella."
"Merry Christmas Liam."
