Lucky left. Trevor and I laid back down. 5:45. Trevor seemed mad.

I rubbed my hand up and down his arm a few times and he said, "Stop."

I didn't stop, " RaeLynn knock it off."

He jerked away, so I rolled over.

After a few minutes when my eyes were closed he said, "I can't believe you accepted his apology. After you get attacked by him."

"Oh my fucking god Trevor. Just shut up."

Not 20 minutes later Stephanie came in, "Time for church!"

I could feel Trevor get up. His arm had found it's way partway around me.

He said, "Just let her sleep."

Stephanie said, "No, the Lord doesn't sleep!"

Trevor hissed, "Shut up Mom, let her be."

I heard Dad said, "What's going on with her?"

Stephanie had sighed and walked out, the door shut, "Lucky showed up here to apologize and I'm not sure how she exactly feels about it."

Dad said, "They were going through rough times together. She didn't take her whole life well. They found each other as an out. I know it meant something to her because she wouldn't just go out to have sex. She needed you. He just didn't want his Mom to get married, no one could replace his Dad in his mind. They lived off of eachother. I couldn't tell you how many times she would sit in her room and bawl. I know RaeLynn doesn't want you mad at her and she doesn't want to be mad at you. She really does love you Trevor. My little RaeLynn has got it bad for you."

I slightly opened my eyes, Trevor looked sad and upset, he said, "I just don't want her hurt. I care a lot about her too. Leaving for her without her was the worst thing I have ever done. I was to stupid to see it. It took us both almost dieing in a wreck to see it. Makes me feel really stupid."

He walked over to me, Dad said, "You 2 are both good kids. Your Mom can be out there and Lucky may have some issues too. Zack totally ships you two. We all go together in some crazy way. But you and her are the ones that are supposed to get married and be happy. Not this. Not fighting. Not you being jealous of Lucky when you where gone."

"You knew Lucky was here?"

Dad chuckled and said, "How else would he get your address? He knows he screwed up. He does feel bad about it. He still wants to be friends with you guys."

Trevor signed, "Can you tell mom I'm not going to church. I have to talk to Rae. I need to apologize. And call Lucky."

I rolled over, doing it slowly to mock sleep. Trevor sat down next to me. He ran his fingers up and down my back.

He must've got on his phone, "Hey Lucky, yeah it's Trevor. I just wanted to apologize for what happened earlier."

I could hear Lucky's voice but I couldn't tell what he was saying.

Trevor said, "Yes, I'm sorry. I just freak out about RaeLynn."

Trevor's hand stopped on my lower back and he said, "Yeah she's alright. Mostly mad at me. I flipped out on her by accident. I hope she isn't too mad. She's fine with you. I think some of it is shock but she isn't threatening to kill you."

His hand moved slightly, then said, "Ok, by dude. Merry Christmas. Stay outta trouble. Yeah, I will tell her."

I opened my eyes and Trevor put his phone down, "I'm sorry princess. I shouldn't have flipped out on you. I love you. I really do."

"I love you too Trevor."

Trey busted in and jumped on the bed, "Santa came last night!!!!"

Sarah came in and said, "He always left a note saying to open presents and not go to church."

Trevor smiled and said, "How bout that."

Sarah knew what he did. In a way I was thankful to. We all sat in the livingroom. Trevor sat on the couch. I leaned on his legs. Trey was cute opening up his gifts. We got down towards the end and Trevor got up.

"I will be back in a second."

I crawled over next to Sarah to pick up balled up wrapping paper. Dad tossed some at me. I threw one back him. Sarah got Trey. Trey bounced one off of her and then hit me. Trevor came back in to everyone laughing. We all stopped.

He smiled and said, "Having fun?"

Dad said, "I will take the blame. I started it."

Trevor laughed. I reached up toward him and he pulled me up. He didn't stop smiling.

"You know Rae, I have always loved you. It has literally been forever. I know I left for North Carolina but obviously I could never get over the fact that you were far away. This apartment is filled full of pictures of you and us. I was upset when I came back and you didn't want to be around me but I understand. I know that we hadn't gotten along, and it also took us both getting hurt to realize and remind me how much I love you. I screwed up leaving you. I regret lost time. But now you're here wearing my Daytona ring around my neck and tweeting me. You're here. That's so important to me you don't even understand. I love you so much. RaeLynn will you marry me?"
