Chapter 14

Erens p.o.v

I bought of bottle of wine and made my way to his apartment.

Once I was outside it. I stood there for five minutes. Terrified. Literally. I couldn't knock. It's like how is forgotten how to.

Should I text? Or it that to strange since I'm a grown man. Fuck it I'm knocking.

I knocked three times and waited.

The door opened and there he was, "how long you been standing there?" He put his hand on his hip.

"About 5 minutes.." I laughed and scratched the back of my head.

"Well come on in then." He moved out the way and I walked in. His place is really nice and big.

I walked into the main room and placed the bottle on the table and took a seat on the couch. "N-nice place.." I mumbled. I'm soooooooo nervous!

"Thanks, I worked hard for it." He sat next to me. "And by the way, don't be so nervous nothing's gonna hurt you here."

"Sorry, it's just because I haven't seen you in a while and out of the blue you came back into my life.." I mumbled again. I turned my head and suddenly Levi was leaning into kiss me.
"Wha-stop!" I pushed him away. "What are you doing...?"

"Trying to kiss you..?" He shrugged.

"Don't." I snapped. "I told you nothing will happen ever again."

I watched the corner of his lips turn up. He let out a loud laugh. "If that were true Eren, then why are you here?" He questioned.

Wait...did I intend to come here wanting more...no that can't be...can it..?! Fuck I think I might have..

"Ok maybe I did but..nothing can happen, don't you have responsibilities now?" I blushed.

"I may have responsibilities but if you were one, I wouldn't mind." I placed his hand on my chin and lifted it. He slowly began to lean in again. I didn't move, I just slowly closed my eyes.

I could feel him getting inches away from my lips when suddenly a loud cry sounded the apartment,

"He's up then." Levi grumbled as he got up. Before he took a step I grabbed his hand. He looked down at me.

"Can I see him...?" I asked. He nodded and kept hold of my hand and lead me down the hallway to a bedroom.

He opened a door and we went in. It was a small child's room, blue walls, blue everything. Levi walked over to the crib and leaned down as he picked up a small child.

The child in his arms was tiny, the size of a four month old. Levi rocked the baby while he shhed him softly.

"Y-your good with him." I swallowed.

"Five months of practise." He joked.

"What's his name..?" I walked over closer.

"Eren junior." He answered looking down at his baby.

"Ha..! Seriously?"

"Yes?" I looked seriously at me. "It was the first name that came to me."

"Oh...well it's your child.." I shrugged.

"Right, you take him and I'll bring right back." He slipped the baby into my arms and left the room.

"N-no Levi come back please!" I pleaded.

I looked down at the baby who was looking up at me. "I'm Eren nice to meet you?"

What am I doing?! I don't know anything about babies! Do I put him down? Do I wash him now? Get him coffe- I'm panicking.

I went to a chair and sat down . I hugged junior in my arms awkwardly. His eyes are beautiful, just like Levi's. I took my finger and slowly stroked his cheek, suddenly he then grabbed it. My eyes widened, my heart stopped at the feeling, it was beautiful...I teared up as he gripped tighter. "You're beautiful.." I whispered. "Just like your daddy..."

"Sorry about that I had to pee." Levi came back in. "I'll take him now." He stood before me.

"Can I have a little longer with him..?" I asked daydreaming into the babies eyes.

"Your sure...?" He kneeled down.

"He's so perfect isn't he..?" I smiled.

"You know we could be a happy family..?"

Oh no. Nah. No. "Take him please." I pushed him into Levi's arms and hurried out the bedroom.

Levi followed without the baby. "What's wrong?"

"N-nothing-"

"Why did you get scared when I mentioned family? You're scared of having one aren't you?" I grabbed my arms and made me face him.

"I've always been on my own, for that to change...it scares me..." He cried quietly. "You were the only family I had! And you walked out the door!" I repeatedly punched his chest. "When you left I couldn't open my heart to anyone else...it had to be you! And when you wanted me back I panicked..!"

"Sorry.." He wrapped his arms around me tightly. "I'll be your family again..."

"Really...?"

"You and Eren junior are the only special people in my life. That will not change, not matter what our past is..I just know that I love you Eren Jaeger!" He gasped.

"I love you...Levi Ackerman...I always have..!"
