Jack was faced with the weirdest and probably hardest decision of his life. He had literally no idea what to do.
He knew they could both fail this huge project, and he knew how important school was to Kendall.
On one hand, he could tell Alex that he found his Book-Girl; but Alex isn't stupid. He'd figure out how Jack knew somehow.
He could tell Kendall. But Kendall wouldn't want to know who he was, Jack just knew it.
And would he tell them that he knew it was, or just say that it was each other?
These thoughts kept Jack up well into the night; he didn't want to ruin anything.
The guys were just starting to really like Kendall and she was just getting comfortable with them. He couldn't ruin that.
But what if he hinted at it? No, he's not very good at that.
Jack fell asleep eventually his thoughts still clouded over and his mind still not made up.
However when the skunk haired boy woke up the next morning and saw Kendall standing at the school door, he knew, he just knew it was best if he did nothing. He didn't have the guts, plus why try to fix something that's not broken? He would only cause more damage.
If things went sour in reality or in their little letter writing world, he would intervene. But only to save the two from themselves.
Jack sighed, this was not going to be easy.
KENDALL
Kendall made her way quickly to the doors of her school.
She wanted this midterm over and done with.
Once she had gotten home from hanging out with the guys the night before, she quickly took a shower and went to bed.
It was the first time in what felt like forever that Kendall was wearing jeans.
She stood by the door to the school antsy for the test that was to come and for the hundredth time double checked that she had her calculator, and multiple pens and pencils along with her exam ticket.
"Kendall!" She heard.
She quickly whipped around to see Jack, who was recklessly trying to get to her as fast as possible.
"Hey Jack-o," she said as he approached her.
"Kendall," he panted, "You left something in my car."
Kendall raised an eyebrow, "I'll meet you after the test to get it."
"No!" He exclaimed, causing a few bystanders to look at the two, "I don't think you want people to see it."
"Well what is it then?" She questioned.
Jack whipped out an envelope. Kendall immediately knew what it was.
"Jack, you didn't read it did you?" She asked cautiously.
"I opened it, but I didn't read it. I figured out what it was pretty quick actually. If you're anything like how Alex is with his pen pal, then I know these mean a lot to you. Plus it's none of my business; right Book-Girl?"
Kendall hit him in the stomach, "Jack Barakat don't you dare call me that!"
"What did he call you?" Alex asked as he approached.
Jack's eyes widened and he quickly tried to make up some excuse.
"He called me an asshole," Kendall spoke up.
