She closed the door behind her & went to the bed to read her mail. She opened it and started reading…

Dear Raven,

We are your friends & we mean no harm whatsoever to you. We are all extra terrestrial creatures, Aliens as you humans call it. By we I mean a small group of aliens named “Freedom”. Leaving that aside, I will now tell you about my primary objective of writing this letter to you so read carefully.

YOUR PLANET IS IN DANGER! It is gonna be destroyed within the next few months. Prepare yourself. An invasion is going to happen. We want to stop it but we can’t. We’re going to need your help to stop this.

’’What kind of terrible joke is this’’ was the first thought that came when she read this. She was about to discard when she realized she had nothing else to do. “Might as well read it all” she thought.

“You might be thinking why we would want to save you, After all we are aliens to you but we too have hearts & we love all life. Don’t consider this weird. You must know how it feels. You love animals too.”

That was true. Her mother was a vet & she was often with her so she herself had developed feelings for all animals. Wait a minute! How did they know all that? Had they been spying on her? Another thought past her. Does that mean they’re really aliens & have superior technology? She read the letter more curiously & carefully.

“Secondly, our ancestors were also the first one of the aliens species to reach here. We have grown too attached to humans & are interested in their lifestyle and behavior. And also for the fact that we too are gonna be destroyed if they found out. Anyway let me give it to you straight. There are group of elites named “Vaders”. They have decided that this planet is very rich in resources& will be useful to us( aliens ).But of course, they just can’t come here and just take it all away as you all will oppose considering it is your planet and you humans are dominant and need it for your own development. They know that they are gonna be rejected & if you overcome them humans may start experimenting on us and you will also have an advantage. So, that is totally out of the question for them. And, that is why they ARE gonna destroy this planet. But they are first evacuating the aliens on Earth so that none of the aliens get hurt. Oh! I forgot to mention that aliens have been living here on earth since 14th century when they first landed on Europe. DO NOT PANIC!!!

“What?” She was starting to fell scared right now even though her rational mind was telling this was all a stupid joke by some Sci-fi geek. But why would they take their time to write such a long letter for just a prank? Either this was all a very long prank someone was playing on her or this was all very true & the human race was in trouble. And a very huge trouble at that which may destroy this human race. And the letter was not yet finished.

“I hope you got all that. There are lots of missing details we have not yet revealed due to our lives in danger and we can’t risk the lives of humanity. But, absolutely DO NOT SPREAD WORD ABOUT US AT ALL. At least not yet. It might cause too much panic & chaos & even we may be exposed. If you want to stop all this, join us. We have sent you a holographic device. The rest will be there. Open it when you are alone. We will be waiting for you.

She was really scared right now. What if this was all true? What would she do? How could she help in saving her planet? Who would believe such kind of stuff? Her brain was just flooding with questions. Wait, they said that there was a machine. She checked the letter & she mentally screamed “ O…M…G!!!!! . She found & took out a small device labeled ‘Freedom’.
