WORDS OF DESTRUCTION.
Terminate,
Exterminate,
Eradicate,
Obliterate,
Annihilate.
They all convey,
Feelings,
Of doom and gloom,
Or glory;
Death,
and destruction.
People scream, and run,
Streets filled, with bloody bodies,
Alongside, hovels burn.
In the distance, across the plain,
Scholars look on in glee,
Convert the pain and agony,
Glorify this tragedy.
Inventing words for damnation,
destroying life,
Imagination;
As peoples idols of old, from books and scriptures;
wrought pain and pestilence on all,.
And now sentient human beings,
Dark in memory and mind,
Decide to join the cause,
Unjustified.
