Outside POV
Yokin was walking down a path in the woods, all alone, with Synth on his hand.
"Ah!" He said when his arm got scraped against a tree branch.
He had a few twigs stuck in his brown hair, and his dark green shirt was tattered. He had a cut near his eye that stung every time he blinked, so he decided that he would keep it closed. His jeans were cut in a few spots, but not much more than what was already there.
"E-Elise?!" He called out. Then hearing his own fright, he tried to push it away.
"Elise!" His fright still shown through. He began to cry.
"ELISE! ELISE! ELise! Elise!" His voice faded as tears came more. The blood from the cuts on his eye and cheek were running with the tears. He ran and ran, getting nowhere but where he was before.
"Ah!" He yelled again, tripping over the root of a tree that has grown to be partially above ground. He slowly rolled onto his back and sat up, crying both from the pain in his knee, and from being scared. Lost. Alone. Again.
He knelt back onto the ground. Then, in the distance:
"Yokin?! Yokin, where are you!" A female voice called.
It wasn't Elise.
It was Zona.
"Z-Zon..a?" He said, still crying.
She turned to the voice, and then seeing him, ran over, kneeling down beside him.
"Are you alright?! We were all so worried! What happened?" She asked.
"I-I don't know. S-Something happened when I touched the dying Jaski and...I guess it took over? I don't know, but I just ended up lost with a few cuts and bruises on my arms. And with Synth." He held his hand toward her. "I tripped over a root a-and my knee got scraped pretty bad, too."
"Here." Her hands cast a glowing yellow light on his hand so that the Synth wouldn't harm her. She grabbed what looked like an ace bandage from her bag, but it had a yellow glow to it. She wrapped his wrist with it.
"That should help. And I called Elise. She's on her way."
"H-How?" He asked.
"Demons can communicate with their Masters. It's a little like mind-reading and a telephone combined." She explained.
"Oh. So we just stay here? U-Until she comes?"
"Yea. She's right there." As Zona pointed to the side, Elise came running out, followed by her demons.
