Look at that poor, poor man. He is so desperate to escape Juliet that he jumped in behind her when she took the picture, hoping that someone will see him and rescue him from the clutches of this demon woman.
And of course Juliet made it seem all cute when she posted the picture. Thinking that we would overlook the fact that Andy is quite obviously distraught and unhappy.
Not to mention that she forced him to take a "morning jog" with her. But I think we all know that "morning jog" actually means "Andy holding my purse while I leisurely stroll down the street and flaunt him in front of every teenage girl I see"
Conclusion: Juliet is using Andy. And Andy needs someone to rescue him from this evil woman.
