Lone Gunman

I finally found him. The number one himself . Shane Mason. Shane was tall. He had tanned skin and had brunette hair. He had piercing blue eyes and a charming smile. was hiding in plain site. I asked him what he was doing in Washington when he was supposed to be on a mission to find the mole.  He told me that he was doing just that.  He told me how he was on his way to Jamaica when he realized that the mission was added to the folder recently and the signature was forged. He then tracked down the person who forged it to Reevesbury. He went around asking people about a man who could forge any signature until he ran into the wrong attention in the wasteland. He had to fight some vigilante to get to the information he needed. He then looked around and found the guy who had forged the signature. Shane had to torture him to give up the name of his client. He didn't . He didn't even flinch when Shane tortured him. Shane had run of options so he had to look through the man's client book by force. He couldn't find the name because it was scratched out. The mastermind had obviously known that people would catch on to him eventually. Before Shane could question the man again he found him missing and on the wall the words "Try harder next time agent Mason". Shane had to search some more from house to house. He couldn't find anything. He felt like giving up but he was cornered by some men in suits. They were not any old wasteland thugs. They were definitely sent to kill Agent Mason in the one place in the world where there was no law. Mason barely fought them off. They were definitely trained by someone who knew battle tactics used by The Unknown. Mason said he escaped but he heard a name that caught his attention. Before he could tell me gunshots were fired at our direction and we suddenly had to use our training to escape . We ran out of the warehouse and into the street. We knew he would find us in front of everyone. We had to improvise because there was hundreds of people in danger we still needed to escape from this shooter. Then we saw him. It was a man in a black combat suit. He was wearing a mask. He was walking right towards us. He wasn't M.O.T.H or N.A.T. . He was a free agent . This made us believe that he could be the mole. He seemed to be familiar with The Unknown's standard procedures. He was heading straight for us and his gun pointed directly at our heads. We then decided that the best thing was to draw him out and fight him ourselves. So we both ran across the town to make sure he followed us. We drew him out to an old abandoned hotel that was being renovated. We got on the roof and evacuated most of the workers.  We then got him to come to us by taunting him. He then raised his gun. He shouted to us to put down our weapons. We didn't listen and we kept aiming at his head. We then asked him if he was the mole . He kept quiet and asked us to put down our guns again. We still didn't listen and we started to walk closer to him. He then got ready to shoot us but Shane got him off guard and pinned him to the ground. The two them started to fight. Shane had the upper hand but the gunman got him into his clutches. The two then fell to the ground together. They then started punching each other on the ground. The then fought all over the roof.  They were using tools left by the workers. The gunman got a hammer and started to swing at Shane but he kept on ducking. He then kicked the gunman to the ground. Shane's skills were superior but that is no why he was named the No. 1 of The Unknown. He had another skill that made him superior to every other agent. I then started to help Shane to take down this gunman. The gunman overpowered the both of us and aimed the gun at our heads. He then asked who wanted to be first. Shane got up and disarmed him. The two started their dance again. They got each other on the ground. They then struggled to again to get each other down. The gunman then started to overpower Shane again. This time he didn't wait to do anything. He shot at Shane. Shane literally dodged the bullet . He then took down the gunman and pinned him to the ground. He then asked me to help him to he get restrained so that he could interrogate him. I gave him a gun so that he could point it at the gun man's head. The gun man reversed the action and shot Shane in the chest and ran into the hotel. I got to Shane. I held him in my arms as he gasped for air. He then told me to go get the gunman . He then closed his eyes. I felt his pulse and got up. I wasn't sad anymore . I wasn't confused either. I knew now that I had to find out what this gunman was playing at. I ran into the hotel to look for him. I searched every floor until I got to the third floor. I could that there was someone there . I couldn't see him. I looked around some , ore then looked down the stairs and I was kicked from behind and I fell down the stairs . Thankfully they were protect ed by carpet so I wasn't hurt too badly. I looked up to confront the gun man. He walked looked down and clapped his hands. He then said he was proud of me. I looked at him with wonder. I wondered why he was proud of me . I then took out my gun and he removed his mask and the person under it was a ghost.
