I continued to run though the forest mainly mad but still a little scared that Laurence was hitting on me. I mean after he had a sword to my neck and pretty much MADE me pass out. I punched the air in frustration and laid on my back why was life so hard. 'It could be worse' I thought my head was swaying back and forward rapidly from Patch running. We slowed as we neared a river the wind then began to howl "What's going on Patch?" I said patting Patch's neck leaning in closer I began to hear rustling in a nearby bush. That was it I was a fed up with people stalking me I grabbed my diamond sword holding it close behind my back so it was out of sight. I need to be clam so I don't lose it again the bush moved again I pounced on them "AHHHHHHHHH!!!" the ear-periceing scream almost made me deaf. The sight I saw almost made me puke I was pinning down a dog the had a scar down the right side of its face and a deep gash on the left leg of the poor animal. I then just realized that someone screamed I frantically looked around then looked back at the dog now with a smirk on its face. WAIT a smirk? How? What? I then sat up slumped over looking at the dog "Change", the dog the began to whimper giving me puppy eyes "Change I know what you are"' she then sighed and stepped back a bit changing into a rouge. I knew she was she didn't smell like she was in a pack or family as a matter a fact. "Want to come with me that's if you want oh and sorry for pouncing on you?" I tried to muster up a smile "O-o ok c-can I have something to wear?" she stuttered looking at the ground  I quickly grabbed a spare set of cloths I had pack and handed them to her my expression began to soften "Honey what's your name?" she then began to scream and kick like something had her I on instinct ran behind her and hugged her like she was my own child. She quietly sobbed after that and shivered holding her closer I rocked her and cradled her singing the song my mom sung to me when I was like this:

She calmed down and soon fell asleep.
