Amithradith POV
She woke up moments later. "Where am I?" she asked. "Do not worry, you are safe here." I looked at the guard and said to him "put away your sword. She is frightened will not hurt me." "Yes, My Lady" he answered as put away his sword and came closer to her. She sat up and looked warily at me. I asked her "What is your name?" she responded "Adraorien. Where am I?" Before I could reply the guard picked her up from sitting and forced her to kneel before me. "You shall respect the princess of Lothwood like she is your ruler." he said to her. She swept his hand off of her shoulder and bowed her head. "Forgive me my lady, I did not know." she said. "Rise, there's no need, my guard does not know me very well. I don't mind the politics of the elves." I replied while giving a warning glance at the guard. "We are one day's ride from the stone city if you must know. You can seek refuge there." I offered her. "Thank you my lady. I will head there for that is where I set off on my journey from. I will be protected because I am friends with the prince of the city. Farewell my lady." she said before she got up and started walking toward the stone city's gates. Too tired to argue I told the guard to watch the camp and went to my cot and fell asleep.
I woke up to the guard on watch and ate while watching the sun rise. The army rose soon after and we set off on our journey. I did not tell my father what had occurred last night and he didn't need to know. So I kept my mouth shut and rode on my horse Tinorfithiel In the blazing heat. I am not used to being in the hot air so much. In summer I would rarely come up from the surface because the ocean was nice and cool. I would definitely have to get used to the heat like all of the others who live on land. A few minutes later we came to a mountain range. "This seems more like mountains than hills why do they call it the iron hills??" i asked Belelia. "I don't know but let's keep moving, or we might be to late." she replied. So we went into the mountain pass, eager to get to our destination. All of a sudden, some elf from the army cried. I looked in his direction and saw many arrows fly in our direction as well as many dwarves come in to cut us down. I guess these dwarves hate elves like their king in the east. "Take cover!!" was all I could say before I felt a throbbing pain in my head and voices saying "Take her away." Before everything went black.
