I didn't see Leroy until the next day in P.E. Class. Hunter and I had decided to eat lunch in my dad's room on B-Days and lunch in Uncle Frank's room on A-Days. When P.E. Came around I was freaked out about the many possibilities we might be doing. We worries were quenched as soon I a came out of the girls locker room. I saw a giant box a wooden swords. I grinned. Coach saw Hunter and I and waved us over.

"You cupcakes ready to fight?"

"You know it Coach!" Was my response.

"Aw yeah!" Was Hunter's.

"Can we use our own swords Coach?" I asked. I had a special sword I kept for emergencies, and that sword could hurt mortals. It was a talking sword named Jack that I inherited from my mom's cousin Magnus.

"Sure thing cupcakes!" Coach then proceeded to shop is away to where the rest of the class-- including Leroy-- was. When we got over there Leroy grinned.

"Oh look. The losers. I wonder how bad I'll get to beat them up while we-" he looked up and saw the boxes of swords. "While we sword-fight." Leroy grinned.

"Okay Cupcakes, I'm Coach Hedge and today we will be sparring like back in the times of Ancient Greece and Rome." Hunter and I looked at each other. I raised my left eyebrow. He saw and raised his right. We both have the other a little nod and looked back at Coach.

"Do I have any volunteers for a demonstration?" Leroy stepped up.

"I volunteer as tribute!" I said, also stepping forward. The Bookies in my class gave me the traditional District 12 goodbye, and I guess they thought I was doomed. Coach just looked at Leroy with sympathy.

"Okay you two Cupcakes, get a sword and then on the sparing mat. Leroy went to get a sword from the nearest box. I went to a different box, hidden from everyone's view, and pulled out Jack.

"Finally! I haven't been out in ages!"

"Shh! They'll hear you Jack. Act like a normal non-talking sword for now. Okay? Okay." I came back and Leroy was already on the mat, sword drawn.

"Ready to be... Washed Away Silena?" Leroy taunted.

"Ha! I'll get 'washed away' when you're skinny and pigs don't fly!" Leroy just looked confused. I stepped onto the mat.

"And... Fight!" Coach yelled and Leroy sprang at me. Without batting an eyelash, I disarmed him.

"Oh what was that Leroy? Did you just get Washed Away?" I kicked his sword off the mat and out of his reach.

"Nice job Cupcake!" Coach said. "How about you go up against Grace next?"

"'Twould be my pleasure." I said giving Hunter a mock bow. "But first I must get a different sword." I quickly headed back to the boxes, so did Hunter. He got out his coin. He flipped it and his sword appeared. I turned Jack back into a necklace and pulled out Riptide. We walked back to the mat and got ready to fight.

"No Mercy?" He asked.

"No Mercy." I confirmed.

"What are you gonna do? Write on him?" A cheerleader asked. I uncapped Riptide.

"3... 2... 1... Go!" Coach yelled, and we were at it. I slashed, he dodged, he slashed, I dodged. It went on for about 20 minutes and I noticed my dad and Uncle Frank had come in. I pressed harder. Both Hunter and I were sweating like crazy when I finally disarmed him.

"And that Cupcakes, is how you fight!" Coach called out, and with that being said-- out of sheer exhaustion-- Hunter and I collapsed simultaneously and the world faded into black.
