Everyone crys okay doesn't make you any better or worse then others.

You may have a realization of your mistakes your ass has made and you might regret those guys and girls you fucked last Saturday night or i don't know Friday if you're feeling funky. No pain no game right?

Constantly wipe your tears you might look like a crackhead if your not in public.

Denial is the best way to avoid attention "Are you crying?" "No." "I see tears." "No you dont it just rained."

Fix your face quickly in the nearest public bathroom and fix your makeup or your hair idk

Take a deep inhale and give yourself a peep talk make it quick or shit can get weird.

Slap your self if that helps.(cause its really fucking funny)

Work out and make yourself feel good

DO NOT BINGE EAT boys and girls please save yourself from those extra pounds. Cause I know your ass does not need that extra coke and fries.
