DAY TWO (17.2.16.)

Today is a new day. I'm still feeling sick but I'm not going to quit.

7:24 a.m.
This morning I was doing something for school so I didn't had too much time to eat, so I had some fruit smoothie. I put some bananas, oranges and apples.

10:14 a.m.
During 20 min. break I usually don't eat too much but because I didn't eat that much for breakfast I took some home-made sandwich (whole grain bread and some kind of triangle shaped cream cheese).

2:10 p.m.
I was so hungry so I bought hot dog in some kind of pastry. It wasn't the most healthiest choise but I was so hungry.

4:06 p.m.
Because I wasn't hungry I had some soup and little bit of rice and one mini potato.

10:05 p.m.
I finished with volleyball (1,5 hour) So, usually while I was waiting my brother to come out shower I usually sit and go through my phone but today I decided to do an extra mini workout. I did 15 min. legs and arms workout.

10:35 p.m.
For dinner/after workout snack I had one orange because I wasn't that hungry.

Tip: I know that it's hard sometimes to stick to your healtgy diet and exercise and I know that we all want faster results but it's very important to not be seduced by some adverts and pills. It's unhealhy and very dangerous but also it usually don't work and you spend money on something that you don't need. Also, it's not about losing weight. It's about looking AND feeling great. Because when you're healthy and strong you have energy, you can run, play sports, you feel more alive and you feel like you should be feeling. But with crazy diets and pill, sure you lose weight and you maybe even look good, but you can't have that speed that energy. So you decide what you want, but if you ask me you will forget about all that pills and also fit tea and that kind of tea because it's also unhealthy. I understand that you drink that once or twice a year but some people go crazy about I drink 12 cups a day. That's crazy AND unhealthy.
