I looked at the door that would reveal my unwisest decision since...a very long time. I shook my head to remove that thought. I pressed the open button on the monitor next to the door and the door immediately opened into the smell of...oof I almost gagged until it was over my head. I entered the room to see Charlie and Sarah looking at me with bright smiles and their glittered-filled eyes. I blush looking at them and Charlie went up to me and hugged me for some reason. I was shocked at first, then I just let it happen.
"So, what did you think you got on the assessment today?" I asked. They both looked at each and Charlie smiled and said. "I think a better score than you, you wise old owl."
"Why you..." I said with fury under my breath.
I chased after her and then I heard footstep approach our door. We all went silent. Charlie walked over to the door and she lightly touched her hand on the door. It turned from a solid 120 lbs. door to see-through glass. We all looked and saw Mr. D shaking hands with someone. This man was shorter than Mr.D, black hair, darker skin, and he also wore the same uniform. Mr. D smiled and said with his thick southern accent.
"Well aboard the Mother of Invention Doctor Kraw."
"Well it is an honor to meet you, Director." Dr. Kraw said in a soothing, whimsical voice. "Now please show me to the asset you wanted me to look at."
"Certainly, doctor." said Mr. D and they walked towards the east of the hallway. Charlie changed the door back to its original state.
"Who do you think they were talking about?" asked Sarah.
"I don't know" I said "But we should never talk about that conversation. This secret remains between us...understood?"
They both nodded simultaneously. Sarah got up and said " Alright lets have some fun shall we?"
After lots of video games, gossip, and drinking we had to call it a night.
"Here." Charlie said grabbing my arm. "I will walk you back."
I blushed a little and we walked down the hall down to my corridor. I turned towards Charlie and said "This night was fun, I hope we could have another one like this."
"Yeah I hope so too." she said. She leaned over and then it hit me like a hammer, her soft, warm lips kissed me on my warm cheeks. I felt oil boiling inside of me. I blushed a little and she did too. She leaned into my ear and whispered "Goodnight my wise owl." And she took off down the hall. I turned towards my door and [I think...no I don't accept it...or deny it] I went into my room changed into my trousers and laid in my bed, watching the stars through my ceiling window. I closed my eyes and smiled and I had a thought I have in my mind that I couldn't get rid of...the crush I have on Charlie.
Author's Note: Ok all my fantastic readers, I hope you like the ending to that. I want to say a couple of things. Sarah's AI name is Sigma, Octavia's AI name is Omega, and Charlie's is just Charlie and they are all synthetic robots...I know its kinda weird. Anyway, if didn't read the description of the story, Diane is the Delta AI and Athena is the Alpha AI. So this story will be something interesting and I hope you guys enjoy it. Peace out readers.
