The waiter came by and took our orders. We all ate, laughed and had a great time together! We went back to the hospital and my mom looked better than before. Macy and mom were together. They walked up to me and I asked, "Mom, why are you smiling?" "Because, I know that your stepdad is in a better place now." she said. All her tears were gone. And Macy asked, "So, how was the food?" "Oh, it was great!" Niall said. "Yes, it was very delicious!" I said. "Well that's good." mom said smiling. "Are we going home now?" I asked. "Yes, we are." mom said. "Can I sleep over?" Macy asked. "Can I sleep over too?" Anabell asked. "Can I- wait, I already live there." Cherri said. "Can we sleep over?" the boys asked. "No boys allowed." mom said waving her finger. "Mom! They're only my friends...except Harry." I said. "I said no boys and that's final! And girls, only if your moms say yes." mom said. "We'll text them real quick." Macy said. They both took out their phones and texted their moms. "Aww! I can't! My mom says I have to babysit tomorrow. Sorry Alex." Macy said. "Ugh. I can't either! I have to go get a new phone tomorrow. I'm so sorry Alex. We both really wanted to." Anabell said. "No, it's fine. I'll just sleep in tomorrow. No big deal." I said. "Thanks." Macy and Anabell said.
