So when Louis changed his (her) identity, it wasnt really a shocker to his family. If anything, they had been supportive. Even overly so. And he knew so when he came home to find his room color from a light pink to a boyish green. He couldn't love them more though, even when Lottie stole all his "girl" clothes.
