The Storm

Chapter 4

I started shaking and I kept crying. He stopped kissing me. Miguel was almost through all the people keeping him away from me and this guy. "You're pretty. I'm almost going to feel sorry for you." This guy said laughing and playing with some of my hair.

"Damian get away from her." Miguel said as he was beating the last two up. When Miguel got through the two guys Damian pushed me towards him. I fell into Miguel's arms.

"Miguel." I said crying and shaking in his arms. The guys he beat up got back on there feet we were surrounded again. I buried my head into his chest in fear. He wrapped his arms around me.

"Please don't hurt her." I heard him say. He sounded a bit sad.

"Why not? She looks so delectable." Damian said and I could tell he was smirking.

"Because I'll kill you if you do." His voice went from sad to angered.

"Then I guess before we cook and eat her I'll have to make sure to violate her. Slowly and painfully. Every inch of her body." Damian said laughing.

I looked up at Miguel, and my eyes were filled with fear. I started shaking more. "It's okay Jessica. I won't let him do that to you." He said petting my hair a little.

"Let's say I do that to your little girlfriend. What would you do? She will be crying and very vulnerable. Scarred for life, and maybe I should let her live. Keep her as a toy, so I can do anything I want to her. Anytime I want." Damian said smirking more.

"N-no." I said quietly.

"Oh, it seems I'm scaring her. You hear that girl? I'm going to hurt you everyday for the rest of your life, and everytime I do it to you." He said as Miguel hugged me tighter. Miguel noticed with each word I got more scared.

"Shut up." Miguel said and I looked up. He was glaring at Damian angrily.

"When you ask me to stop hurting you I will make it hurt more."

"Shut up! If you keep talking I'll crush your throat!" He said and normally I would be scared if someone talked like that. This is different though he is really wanting to keep me from being scared.

Coco was already free and was hiding. Miguel picked me up and jumped over the guys surrounding us. Coco started to follow us as Miguel started running again. They followed us, but Miguel lost them somehow.

He put me down in a cave. He carefully pet my hair. "You okay? I'm sorry about what he did to you." Miguel said looking into my eyes. I started to lean in then he kissed me and I kissed back.

"I know that was bad timing, but I love you. He took my first kiss." I said looking down.

"I love you too. I'm so sorry. I should have warned you." He said as Coco came up and licked my hand.

"I'm fine, I promise." I said smiling a little. Miguel put his jacket over me.

"Please sleep. I'll be right here." He said sitting next to me. I leaned onto his shoulder. He wrapped an arm around me, and I cuddled into his chest. Miguel was so warm and I fell asleep.
