"Joesette!" The voice boomed throughout the house awaking Andrea from her slumber. "Where are they?" The voice said. Andrea rose, pulling her feet over the bed to properly stand and curiosity striking her. She felt a sticky substance beneath her feet making her cringe and she heard loud screaming coming from her sisters room, causing her to fully awake now

She was sure her feet were imprinting the sticky substance all over the chocolate wooden floor. When she turned on the lamp and turned around she screamed as loud as she could to what she saw.

Andreas twin brother, Andrew, was lying on the floor, lifeless. His mouth looked as if it was once screaming bloody murder but as his lifeless interior lay there, his mouth now shaped a simple 'o'.

Adrew's once as white as snow shirt was now bloodied and imprinted with holes from what looked like he'd been stabbed. There was a gash on the back of his head making her eyes almost pop out of the sockets as she let out a horrified scream.

There must be a murder inside the horrified girl thought trying to choke down her sobs. Malachai! He may be hurt! and with that last thought, she opened the door and rushed out.

She saw Kai with a bloodied knife and even bloodier hands.

"Jo! Come on out Jo! I know you can here me" Kai said his last sentence as if he was getting impatient and bored.

He turned around and bumped Andrea and her frail body hit the floorboards with a thud.

"Malachai! are you okay? are you hurt?" She said getting up, tears brimming in her eyes. Andrea pulled her dear brother in a hug and tucked her face in his torso. Her frame was so small but fit somewhat perfectly in his.

Kai just stood there. Still as a statue. The bloodied knife fell out his hand and clanged to the floor.

"I thought I lost you," she sobbed into his shirt. For once, once in his life he actually felt pity for the gullible little girl.

Kai pushed her away and knelt down on one knee in front of her making sure to look her straight in the eyes.

"Lock yourself in the bathroom, Drea. Promise me you won't come out no matter what you hear." He said sternly as he had both hands placed on her cheek softly, his thumbs lightly wiping away her tears.

"B-but Andre-" Andreas emotions got the best of her and let out a sob at her twins name.

"Just go and don't come out at all," Kai said getting up and pushing her to the direction of the bathroom.

Andrea ran as fast as she could to the bathroom and slammed it then locked it. She went to sit in the bathtub and curled up, pulling her knees to her chest and cried. Cried until her lungs burned and all her tears were gone and the only thing she had left was her ragged breathe and her sanity.

"Josette! Where are they Jo!" Said Kai now heading toward the opposite direction. "Come on out Jo. You know I won't kill you." She could still hear his emotionless voice but it became faint now as it where on the other side of the house.

Silence fell. Until she heard a closet door being slammed followed by a cry out. She thought it was over and got of the cold tub and walked over to the door. The golden door knob was freezing on her finger tips as she slowly unlocked it and opened it. "Where are they!!" She heard a yell and whimpering making her goosebumps rise all over her body.
