The whispers of the dead surrounded me.

Don't trust. don't trust never trust....Don't trust don't trust DON'T trust...

They repeated it over and over, I tried to ask who not to trust but the whispers grew louder over my voice.

Don't trust. don't trust never trust... Don't trust don't trust DON'T trust!

A name.

I sprang awake. Which led to falling out of the hammock.

'Aye, shmall lad he ish, but put ta work he will be.' said the pirate standing in the door, to another.

'Well lad,' said the other, 'Up you get.'

The Other pirate brought me up to the deck, 'Your on your own up there, wear some'in warm.'

'Where?' I grunted, I did not sound like a man.

He smiled, like he knew something. 'Up there.'

He pointed up. Up to the birds nest. And threw me a blanket and metal rod.

'Telescope,' he nodded to the rod.

He must have seen the confused look on my face becuase he dicided to elabourate, which went on for a while.

'The new technoligy today is amazing isn't it?' he continude. At which point the Captain saved me from the pirate but burdened me with climbing the net to the nest. I slipped several times and fell once. And when I did, the only reason I stood once more was of the laughter and the jeers, and the bets.

'I told you, John, he can't do it.'

I scowled at the man and stood, before I spoke Harry spoke.

'Séamus can climb, he is a good a climber as anyone of you.'

Never chalenge a pirate. They will hold you to it.

'A chalenge, eh? We got a chalenge mates, Danny! You'll be climbing against the lad.'

I tall skinny lad walked into the circle. Flaming ginger hair, and in the rising sun I mistook it as fire and recoiled into my brother.

'Is it on fire?' I whispered to him.

The boy glared daggers at me, aparently he got that question more often then he liked me to know.

'No Sé. Climb like tethers has no hold on you.'

'They don't.'

'Then climb faster.'

'Nicely said my brother.'

'I can be very poetic sometimes.'

'You do have you're moments.' I said and walked to the net that led to the birds nest. I pulled on my gloves and tried to ready myself mentally.

'On yer mark'sh, ge' she', CLIMB!' screamed the pirat that we had met in the port.

I ran to the the net, one step ahead of the boy pirate. I scaled the net like a squirle right to the point the boy grabbed my leg. I tried to shake loose. Then I attempted to keep climbing, that didn't help. He grabbed my knee and attempted to pull me down.
