(Probably Longest) Chapter 34: A Hidden Truth

(Zack's POV)

1 week later, 1 pm

I wonder how long it took to make this...

They're making so much progress in so little time, that it's actually making me think that they've done this more than once.

"How many times have you guys done this before?" I ask,

"Just once, this is actually our second time" answered Sandra,

Well damn... how are they doing it so fast though. I was about to ask but I thought that it would be disturbing.

"Hey here's a suggestion, why not train outside with the rest?" Asked Kyle,

"Good idea" I reply.

I put on my coat as I left the cave, and looked for Kit and Santi, who were already training outside, but when I stepped outside, they were nowhere nearby.

I walked further from the cave to look for them, staying calm with each and every step, but I had to admit, it was scaring me a bit. The fact that they were nowhere nearby the cave scared me, and I started to lose my cool when I was a few meters away from the river.

They still werent around, I started to get worried, and then I heard cracks and snaps behind me, and they got louder each and every second. I was about to reach for my Shocksabers, but I decided that it was unnecessary.

I waited for the source to make it's move, and I stood there, staring at the river as if I didn't expect anything. Suddenly, I heard something pounce, and it was gone in a flash. Immediately, I knew it was Santi.

Once I heard the pounce, I turned and striked his stomach, and he fell on the ground, and barfed.

"Speed doesn't mean you're silent you know" I say to him,

Santi coughs out some puke from his mouth and answered-

"That was the plan" and he let out a smirk.

I immediately knew something else was up, as I look back at the forest, and a huge boulder was crashing through the trees and set a crash course at me. I knew that boulders like those were unusual, so I knew it was Kit.

As soon as the boulder was close enough, I punched a crack that I noticed, which shattered the rest of the boulder to a hundred pieces. Immediately after, I hear an a shout coming from behind it, and it was Kit charging at me with full force.

Why am I always the target!!!???

Though I noticed her movement was a very reckless one, because her attack focused in one direction, so dodging wouldn't be a problem.

But who wants to dodge a stupid move like THAT!?

Instead of dodging, I took the hilt of one of my Shocksabers, moved to the right and smacked her as hard as I can. Though I didn't really aim so u ended up smacking her in the face.

My bad...

"OWWWWW.... Dang it, looks like I still couldn't hit you" Kit says rubbing her face,

"But why me? Why not this dumb dumb" I say pointing at Santi,

"Cause he's not as perceptive as you, my bestie" Kit says,

"I get it, but why try to HIT me?"

"Cause I miss doing that"

"Oooh, I bet you don't just miss that" teased Santi,

"Ugh... stupid" moaned Kit,

I responded by zapping him with a Lightning bolt, and I made sure that it had enough energy to bring down an elephant.
