It all started on a long school day.
I was in class trying to stay awake when it started.
"Kaylie Alias please report to the principals office immediately."
I heard on the loudspeaker.
I did what I was told and headed to the principals office.
As I could hear the 'Oohs and the 'Ohs from out of my fellow students mouths.
"Hello, misses Alias please take you seat in front of me." the principal stated in a calm voice, that told me nothing was wrong.
Boy Was I Wrong!
"Yes ma'am." I said and sat down.
" Its a shame to see such a straight 'A' student leaving us." She said softly.
I began to laugh.
"hahaha Omg. Sorry you must have the wrong person." I said smiling as I got up from out of my seat.
"What? No no its not a mistake. See it says your name right here." She kindly stated.
I looked at the paper realizing that the person they had was indeed correct.
"But...leaving? Where am I going? I wasn't even thinking about going anywhere much more searching for another school?!!?!?!!"
Ms. Anderson looked at me confused.
"My parents didn't even talk to me about this, I can't believe they would lie to me."
"Now ms. Alias, you have to be calm with this, I'm more than sure your parents just probably forg-"
"FORGOT? FORGOT? YOU THINK. THAT MY PARENTS WOULD FORGET TO TELL ME SOMETHING LIKE THIS? SOMETHING THAT'S GOING TO DETERMINE MY FUTURE?" I said raising my voice now.
"They did this on purpose........So that I couldn't have a say.
NO...THIS IS NOT FARE!!" I screamed before running through the door. I could here my Principal (Ms. Anderson) yelling for me to come back but I just kept on running.
I didn't go to class I got my purse from my locker and headed straight home.

"Hey honey why are you back so early?" My mom greeted me as I walked through the door.
"Half a day." I lied in an annoyed tone.
"What about you?" I asked.
My mom wasn't normally home at this time she was always at work.
"Really?" She asked dodging my question.
"How come you haven't brought home a notice or something?" She asked being nosy.
"I did you've just been at work too much to notice." I stated harshly.
She looked at me wide eyed.
"Watch your tone with me young lady."
I ignored her and headed off to my room.
I heard a knock on the door.
"Nobody is in here I'm dead!" I yelled at the door.
And after that the door slowly opened.
My mom came in and sat on the bed next to me.
"What has gotten into you?" She asked me kind eyed and worried.
"Nothing." I reply calmly.
"Its just the fact that I'm moving, and neither one of my so called nice parents had the balls to tell me!" I said the last part a little loud.
"Watch your mouth young lady. And me and your father were going to discuss it with you when you got home from school today over a nice hot dinner. But since you want to be fresh, you don't have a say anym-"
"A say anymore? A say anymore?" I began. "When in the hell did I ever have a say it's always 'Kaylie's too young, so she doesn't have a say.' Well I have one question for you mom. When will I ever be old enough?" I yelled tears streaming down my eyes as I walk passed her.
I didn't know where I was going but I just grabbed my phone and headed out the door making sure to slam it.
I didn't know where I was going but I found myself at the towns park.
I did most of my thinking there.

I noticed a hot dog truck across the street that said 'MikesHotDogs' on the side and a delicious looking hot dog on the bottom of the words.
I decided to get up and buy myself a hot dog since the hunger was killing me and I kind of had no choice.
"That'll be $5.57." The tall dark haired man stated, his voice deep and husky.
"Thank you sir." I said grabbing the hot dog and paying the man before I headed off in the direction of my school.
I brushed passed my locker dragging my hand across it and looking at it carefully.
Tears started streaming down my cheeks, leaving a stinging tingly feeling after falling to the ground.
"I'm really gonna miss you." I said softly to myself.
