Chapter 21

Jake

A week.  It took me two weeks to get to know everyone in the One Direction family. Here I am sitting in the second row with Lizzy watching he dad and friends during sound check.

"Look Lizzy, it's daddy!" I said towards the two year old pointing at Harry doing some weird movement with his hips making the girls swoon over him. Wait who even uses the word swoon these days. SWOOON. SWEEEOON. SWOOOSS-

"Uncel Jake they done!" Lizzy said pointing at the boys jumping off the stage and coming towards us with security guards giving them a passageway from the fans.

"LIZZY!" Louis screamed running towards Lizzy with sweaty arms

"Uncel Louis wet! NO!" Lizzy screamed holding her hand out in front of his and wiggling her fingers side to side.

"Well then..." Louis sassed walking away to grab a towel

"Hey Jake wanna grab a bite to eat backstage?" Harry asked pointing towards the back.

"Yeah sure" I said picking up Lizzy and propping her to my hip as all three of us went to the snack table. I grabbed myself a couple of Pretzel's and some Peanut Butter sandwiches for Lizzy. We all sat down on the table and happily ate our food.

"So Jake, tell me more about Julia. Like was she really happy about having Lizzy or?" Harry asked taking a bite of his sandwich

"The truth is she was excite but for some reason something much have changed her mind after the pregnancy. Once Lizzy came out, she didn't want to see her at all, my parents and I tried to persuade her to at least take a peek at her but she said and I quote "I'm not looking at the baby, she ruined my life with Harry she can die for all I care" and she brought her here with you even through all arguments I had with her insisting to care for her baby, she simply wouldn't budge" I said truthfully. Julia was a bitch about the baby in the beginning but I knew deep inside herself she cared for Lizzy no matter what

"Wow..." Was all Harry could say and that would be my response too if I found out more about the psychotic mom to your daughter who wanted to kill her. Harry and I went deeper into the conversation until a cough interrupted us

"Lizzy are you okay?" I asked looking at the two year old coughing like crazy. Her face was turning red and she had tears welling up in her eyes.

"Harry is she choking?" I asked patting Lizzy's back gently but she moved herself away from me and moved her hands up to her neck, almost like pulling on a tight collar.

Wait, that meant something

"HARRY I THINK SHE CAN'T BREATHE!' I said grabbing Lizzy and placed her on my lap trying to calm her.

"JAKE WHY IS SHE TURNING PURPLE!?" Harry panicked pointing at Lizzy's face and to find out that Lizzy's actually turning purple.

"CALL THE AMBULANCE HARRY!" I screamed running towards the stage to find the boys and the crew chatting away

"CALL THE AMBULANCE! LIZZY ISNT BREATHING AND SHE'S PURPLE HURRY!" I screamed catching the attention of everyone and they all ran towards the back to see Harry holding Lizzy like he's the only thing important right now

"Oh my god what happened?" Zayn said running towards them and crouching down to Lizzy's level to inspect her

"The ambulance is on their way!" One of the crew members said holding a phone in one hand.

"Zayn what's happening?" Harry asked tears welling up in his eyes

"She's having an allergic reaction, she cant breathe because her throat is swelling up" Zayn said patting Lizzy into comfort.

"How was that possible all I gave her was a peanut butter sandwich and-" Then it clicked to me, she must have been allergic to Peanut Butter and they never found out about it.

"So it was YOU who gave her the Peanut Butter? YOU tried to kill her didn't you? YOU TRIED TO KILL HER! I KNEW WE SHOULDNT HAVE TRUSTED YOU SO EASILY" Zayn said pointing his finger at me. His eyes filled with anger and hatred.

"I-I swear I dint know about it" I said feeling scared

"Yeah righ-"

"EVERYONE MOVE WE'RE HERE FOR THE GIRL" The ambulance came rushing towards Harry and Lizzy and grabbed Lizzy away from Harry's grasp placing her on the cot. They injected a needle inside her arm making her yelp in pain.

"She needs to leave NOW!" One of them said propping up the cot and running outside to place Lizzy inside.

"If you want to meet us there I suggest you leave NOW! Her throat is swelling up too fast and if it closes up we'll lose her for a while" They said again getting inside the van and rushing away

"Come on guys we should go befor-"

"Oh no you don't. You caused so much ever since you came here." Zayn said pushing me towards the side as all five of them ran inside a van and tail gated behind the Ambulance.
