Understanding Change

"Hey Dipstick, we're back!" Pacifica said in a sing songs voice as she came in with a smirk on her face.

Dipper noticed and looked up for a only a second. "Not even gonna ask" He replied as he focused on the burn jounral pieces. 

"Oh, nothing. Don't worry about it." She said. "Mabel and I will be in the other room if you need us" she said as she and Mabel walked to the room where "Carpet Diem" took place. Mabel practically fell backwards on to the couch as Pacifica took a seat on the edge. Mabel looked up in a daze remembering his face. He looked so different. He had short shaggy white hair and deep blue eyes rather than icy, a genuine and kinda charming smile...

  "Oh my gosh..." Pacifica thought aloud. She shook Mabel

   "I'm okay!"

    "Heh you sure bout that?"

Mabel nodded.

   "Good." Mabel sat up and Pacifica moved herself closer and made sure she and Mabel were looking at each other. Pacifica smirk was now gone and she seemed more concerned. 

  "I just cant believe someone can chnage that much. i mean good for him I guess. Now if only I could trust who he is. Which we all know is never gonna happen." Mabel explained. 

  "Why not Mabel? He finally let Dipper through and rebelled against Bill for you" Pacifica argued. 

  "What?" Mabel said in a surprised and maybe even annoyed tone. Pacifica eyes widened. 

  "Dipper said he would tell you... though going through the apocalypse and seeing thinsg like that does make it easy to forget you have to admit." Pacifica started to ramble. Mabel sighed. She had to think for a moment.

  "I-I appreciate that then... but I don't think that qaulifies..." 

   "Not yet?" Pacifica asked with hope. Mabel got up and walked towards the door. She looked back only to shake her head and say one more thing.

   "I don't think I'll ever forgive him"
