Leah's POV:

"Hello?"

"Hey babe."

"Hey. What's up?"

"I'm gonna be late for dinner."

"Again?" I groan.

"Yeah, boss is keeping me for tonight and Greg went to some kind of sleepover."

"It's only Sunday?"

"It's Saturday babe."

"Right. Yeah. Um, I'll be in bed by the time you get here."

"Okay, well, I love you, and Im sorry."

"It's fine. I love you too. Goodnight."

"Goodnight beautiful."

I blush and hang up.

My whole arm tingled when I sat down and the hairs on my neck stood up.

"Mum?"

I remember as a little girl, she told me god lets you visit your family members or if your not finished, your spirit stays. This has been happening everytime I'm alone.

"Please answer me."

I went to my fridge and grabbed a water bottle.

I looked around for some kind of sign.

The door to my bedroom was closed, when I had it open, aha. One clue.

"Mum, if you're here... just know I miss you. Daddy misses you a lot."

Wow, I must sound like an idiot.

"He- uh. He cried everyday knowing you were gone. He tries to stay strong for you...just like I do..." I say and feel a tear on my cheek.

"It's hard. Being a wife, a mother. it's hard not having my mother here to tell me what's right from wrong anymore. it's hard knowing that no matter what I do, you can't come back to life, you can't yell at me and tell me I fucked up again. It never will be the same without you. Ever. Daddy misses you, Greg misses you, Sammy misses you, and I miss you." I say and cry harder.

"I love you mummy." I whisper and go to bed.

I cried and cried remembering when I was teenager.

How she always told me what I did wasnt good. the look on her face when she found out I kissed Louis. When she found out I was pregnant, her look when I nearly sold myself to Connor. I miss her so fucking much, no one will ever understand.

My eyes get heavier and heavier and I swear to god I saw her face before I closed them.

Greg's POV:

"C'mon, drink bro!"

"No, I can't." I say and push the beer away.

"Pussy."

I sigh and look around. This isn't my place. Girls grinding on guys crotch, making out... No.

I look up and see Madison standing infront of me.

"Hi, Greg." She smiles at me.

"Hey." I say and she sits down.

"How are you?"

"Uh, good?"

"That's good."

"Not to be rude, but why are you talking to me."

Damnit Greg, don't be a fucking idiot!

"There isn't anyone to talk to, and I recognise you from Math." she smiles.

"Really?"

"Yeah. And just because I'm from the cheer leading squad, doesn't mean I can't talk to you."

I smile and look at my lap.

After a few hours, I know almost everything about her.

I had 2 beers which didnt even affect me and Madison claimed she had 4.

She smiled at me when I told her about my mum.

"Wow. Shes a strong woman." She says and nods.

"Yeah. She really is."

"I wanna meet her." she says.

"Ha; why?" I asked

"Because the same thing happened to me." She says and her smile dropped.

"What?"

"My uh, my dad... He raped me. But I didn't get pregnant, of course."

"Oh, I'm so sorry."

"It's okay" She says and looks at me.

"I really like you Greg." she says and blushes.

"I like you too."

"God; we sound like 5 year olds!" she laughs.

"We do."

"Shut up and kiss me."

I smiled and leaned in, pressing my lips to hers..

I heard gasps and awe's around us as I kissed her.

I couldn't be more happier right now.
