I feel a rush as I noticed that Nova had no longer been standing in her own two feet. One of the smugglers decided that she maybe be a way to lure me in, I'll give them credit, using her as bait is effective. They wanted to test my rage, they have definitely pushed hard enough. She is half unconscious from whatever they knocked her out with. There's no way I'm letting these outlaws get away with this.
Just why did they think one girl like this could be of great value, other than for luring me in. Her force sensitivity wasn't obvious and she is of no great background. If I were to take an enemy as captive it would be one with information and one of power. The only thing that would cause anyone to take her from me is the romantic feelings I have towards her.
I drop my helmet and order a Storm Trooper to bring take it back to the ship. Let these smugglers see the face of rage.
I walked in deeper and deeper through the dark entrance of the ship, must I say if they were going for the mysterious gorge theme it had made that kind of atmosphere. The floor was stainless steel, it gave off a blurry reflection.
It took, what —around ten fifteen minutes before I found my self in a spherical room, smugglers standing in a half circle on the far side of the room. I could feel how terrified they were as each of them were unarmed except for the smuggler who had stood in the center with Nova half conscious. Nova had a lost her blaster most likely when this smuggler captured her.
"You know, you unknowingly picked out something the Resistance was looking for," he said, blaster pointing at Nova. He looked up at my face and smirked, "So that pretty face is what keeps her staying with an ass like you."
If it weren't for his grip around Nova, I would have already attacked him, use the force to punish him. But if even I could, Nova wouldn't be any close to me than she already is. This was the thought that tore me from punishing him now than later. Instead I just smile, and raise a brow,"What's in it for you, money, glory, praise?"
I walk closer and ignite my lightsaber, as I walk closer I notice Nova's eyes were open. She's awake and aware of the pain the chemicals are giving her. She groans and the smuggler tightens his grip on her hair. "Keep that up, you will be in even more pain than her," I taunt at the smuggler, I try to see what's in his mind but the rage distracts me and his mind strongly fights. I try to see into his thoughts, whatever past he has with Nova because if he really took her for a ransom he would have already left. Was he really here to lure me in? Or for a more darker intention?
I finally use the force to take hold of him, using him and his weapon to threaten to shoot the rest of the smugglers. As I keep a hold of their leader, the rest of the group backs away into doors along the edges of the spherical room. These cowards are fools for thinking they could handle me, take from me. Yet there was something odd about how this is set up, the other smugglers all exited in sync, they were not panicking or alarmed. They seemed to have expected this to happened— or even planned for this.
