Amnesia [M.C]

chapter 35

I tell Lexi what happened when she picked me up. 

"That sucks but at the same time at least you remembered," she points out.

"Yeah you got a point there."

We go to her house to find the whole gang there. Malum playing video games and laston talking about random things. Elysia and Kilian are in the kitchen watching and laughing at them. I join them.

"So, what're you doing?"

"What does it look like?" Elysia says.

"Smartass."

"No she's really actually stupid," Kilian has to point out. 

Elysia looks at her like what the fuck. Kilian just shrugs her shoulders. I shake my head and go into the living room to watch Michael and Calum play Fifa. After awhile I walk out of the house, and go to the park 5 blocks down. I call Max and ask him to join me. He says he can't right now but will later. There's this rocket thing that I climb to the top of and lay down. The sun's setting and the stars are starting to come out. As I look I absolutely hate that I had to fucking wake up with amnesia. 

I mean I forgot my boyfriend, my brother, almost my whole life. I really hate it. What did I do to get amnesia. And everybody expects me to pick up right where I left off. Except I don't remember where I left off, and they hate me for it. 

As I think all of this I gaze up at the stars. The next thing I know my phone is ringing. The caller id says it's Lexi, and the time is 1:34. Quickly I pick up. 

L: where the fuck are you!

M: sorry I'm at the park and I fell asleep.

L:well get your ass back here!

M: fine

When I walk into the house Michael and Lexi are standing in front of me. 

"Yes?" I ask.

"Why didn't you tell us where you were going?" Michael questions.

"Your mom," I say and walk into my room.
