Hola amigos! Hope you all had a lovely weekend! Sorry that the last chapter was short, but this one will be wayyyyy longer. Get ready for the romance!
Without further ado, here’s chapter 4!
Recap:
“At least you’re not dead.” He says with a relieved look on his face. I grin at this and run and jump on him. He is caught off guard but quickly catches me, spinning me around and laughing crazily like me. When he sets me down I look up at him and notice that the look in his eyes is back. Full of compassion fondness. I place it to the back of my mind, not intending to forget it completely but just wanting to focus on now. I’m alive and that’s all that matters.
I step back from the hug and look to the ground, hiding my heated cheeks. I busy myself by looking around for my phone that is in a smouldered pile of dust on the floor. I pick it up and inspect the condition it’s in. I turn it over expecting the whole thing to all apart in my hands but it holds its place. It looks completely new still except for a small crack in the corner, opposite the camera.
“Huh. Well that held up better than I expected.”I ponder out loud (A/N he he, Ponder).
The Doctor walks over and takes my phone from me repeatedly flipping it round in his hands. He looks deep in thought for a second and then looks at me.
“Wow it did. I thought for a second I would have to buy you a new phone.”
“And why would you do that Doctor?” I question and smirk at him. I suppress a giggle as he squirms under my stare, avoiding my eyes.
“Umm… n-no reason.” Hey says looking around for no reason. All of a sudden we hear an alarm go off and we turn to each other, all with bemused expressions.
“Right! On that cue, it’s time we leave. They probably won’t be all that happy about that explosion.” He says, looking at me. I go to say something, but The Doctor grabs my hand and takes off running. He looks behind us to make sure that Amy and Rory were following us.
We turn a few corners until we reached a room. We all entered the room, The Doctor first and the rest of us following. I cautiously looked around the room for any signs of danger but stopped and froze when I saw the big blue box parked in the middle of the room. I couldn’t do anything but stand with my mouth wide open whilst I stared in disbelief and wonder at the TARDIS in front of me. I’m pulled from my daze as The Doctor leans I against the door frame and smirks at me.
“You like it then?” he asks, with hope and curiosity in his eyes. I don’t think of what to say so instead I just blurt out “hell yeah!” I can’t help but grin as he motions me to enter, but I unexpectedly run around the outside of the TARDIS just like the companions do in the show.
I then walk up to the amused Doctor and smile up at him, my cheeks blushing red. I never used to blush at all but and I’ve blushed more today than I have in my whole life! The Doctor shoots me a goofy grin and walks up to the console, playing around with multiple buttons a levers. Look around in search for a particular ginger girl and roman, but do not find them.
“Hey where’s Amy and Rory gone?” I ask The Doctor confused to where they went.
“Their room.” Is all he says as he walks over to shut the Tardis doors.
As soon as the Tardis doors were shut, he launched himself at me.
He walked over cautiously, staring only at my eyes. I looked at him curiously, not understanding why he was acting so weird.
“Back there, I… I thought I’d lost you” he said approaching me slowly. “Just when I had found you again.” He said and I stared harder at him, completely confused.
There was very little space between us now as I could feel his breath on my face, and he smelt f the universe and everything wonderful.
He put his hands around my waist and I gasped as his lips crushed mine, dizzying me with his scent. I had never smelt him before.
I wrapped my arms around his neck and ran a hand through his mess of hair, and he groaned slightly. His teeth were nibbling on my bottom lip, and I re-payed the favour by running my tongue over his. He deepened the kiss, and picked me up by my waist. I wrapped my legs around him as he carried me back to the console. He sat me down on the jump seat, and bent down to me and pulled away, both of us breathing heavily.
“Sorry about, um, that.” He said, blushing slightly and walking away over to the console, brushing a hand through his already messy hair.
I sighed gently led back onto the jump seat, my erratic heartbeat turning back to normal. The Doctor was looking intently at something on the monitor, no expression shown on his face.
All of sudden, The Doctor span around, an angry look on his face.
“ Why didn’t you tell me!” he yelled walking up to me. I stood up and walked up to him, closing the gap between us. I put a hand on his should to calm him down, only for him to roughly shake it off. I looked up at him, hurt and confused.
“What? What didn’t I tell that’s so important for you to yell at me!” I reply, my voice rising as I spoke.
“That you’re Time Lord!” he spits the words at me like venom. I don’t say anything. I don’t do anything. I don’t even look at him. I stare at an empty spot in the Tardis as the full impact of the words hit me like a ton of bricks. I slowly walk backwards into the jump seat, my face remaining emotionless. The Doctor’s harsh expression softens and he walks towards me.
“I-I’m sorry El, I shouldn’t have yelled at you like that. El?”
“I’m a Time Lord?”
BOOM! Another cliff-hanger. Mwahahaha! I bet you guys hate me right now.
Another update coming next week, possibly tomorrow!
Bye for now! Lauren J
