Breakfast With Friends

Simon and Betty slept soundly together in Marceline's guest bed, snuggling with each other in their sleep as they dreamed of their honeymoon with Finn's help. As they slept, however, the sheet covering them was removed, and their bodies began to get colder and colder until they awoke with a start. Once they calmed themselves a little they saw the reason for their morning chill in the form of a mischievously smirking Finn the Ice Prince.

"Morning Betty and Simon." Finn said in an innocent tone.

"Finn what was with that rude awakening?" Asked an annoyed Betty.

"Well I thought you'd want to go get breakfast in Breakfast Kingdom, plus Jake asked me to wake you up by any means necessary." He replied to his cold guests.

"So wait why are we the last two to wake up then?" Simon asked.

"Well when Jake and I learned we were the only ones up, we decided to get ready while giving you both a bit of extra time to get up on your own, but after a few more minutes Jake suggested waking you while I decided on a prank." Finn replied.

"Well Finn since we're up go so we can get ready, and then we can all go to the Breakfast Kingdom." Betty said annoyed.

With that Finn went downstairs with Jake while Simon and Betty got ready for the day.

[Marceline's cave]

Marceline woke up for another day of helping FP, and suddenly remembered something that would strain their friendship. She remembered Finn singing, as well as seeing him in nothing but a towel.

"Man I should've listened to CB about Finn's songs." She said lightly slapping her forehead.

For a brief moment when she was getting dressed, she remembered the sight of him shirtless.

"Man why didn't I expect him to grow up like that, and get him before FP?" Marceline thought to herself before her eyes widened.

"Wait why am I thinking stuff like that, I already wrecked their romantic relationship, and my friendship with him. I can't lose either of my only two friends left." Marceline said to herself before flying off to the Candy Kingdom.

Marceline landed by the door while covered from the Sun. Once she opened the door she was greeted by the sight of her friends.

"Hello Marceline." PB greeted her oldest friend. "You said you had learned a few things in regards to Finn last night before Flame Princess and I had to sleep correct?" She asked.

"Yeah there are some things." Marcy began. "Like the fact that Simon and Betty are starting their honeymoon at his place, and when I was doing some recon around the tree house, I learned a couple things I probably shouldn't have." She added.

"Like?" Flame Princess asked.

"Well before I found out who it was I heard someone in their shower singing with an amazing voice, and I could actually feel their own feelings in the song." She said.

"Really who was it?" Bonnibell asked.

"Finn." Spoke a voice to the nearest column to them.

"What are you saying Cinnamon Bun?" PB asked.

"She did worse than what I said you two shouldn't Princess." CB began. "She heard Finn singing." He said with his eyes closed and arms crossed.

"Marceline is Cinnamon Bun right, did you hear Finn sing?" PB and FP asked cautiously.

"Yes, and I accidentally saw him shirtless." She added.

"Marceline." FP said with her own eyes closed.
