You're one of those people.
The ones that post quotes, sayings and fancy pictures, saying "Oh so true" and "I can relate". What you forget to remember are the people who know the true you.
The ones who know what a bitch you are, that you're a liar and you put yourself before others. You're a narcissist and you can't keep from injecting yourself into other people's situations.
To people on the outside, you seem like an idol, someone to look up to, even a good friend. The facade you show is of a kind person who is so perfect, but you're lying to them, aren't you?
Instead of being this person who is sad when a cutie pie is talking about their passion and they keep apologizing from their anxiety, you're the one who makes them apologize.
You are not this deep, beautiful cancer who is so amazing, or a hard and loyal leo or a caring aquarius. You're just fake.
Fake is all you are. Just a sham.

This came from a few people combined in my life who do that annoying thing of posting lots of quotes and saying they relate to them all and they know what it feels like or whatever. You know the ones, the ones who do that but don't really mean it ;)
