First off, much better than the previous DoolFandoms work I reviewed. The two contrast vastly with each other actually, with "Robin" being more quirky and fun, albeit illogical. "The Shadows" on the other hand, is darker in nature, but much more improved in terms of logic.

The synopsis is one of the more interesting ones I've read, simply because it's so short and shrouded in mystery. Hence, it fits this book very well. It entices the reader in while giving away, well, absolutely nothing.

Our protagonist was admitted into a mental health institution after doctors don't believe her ravings about a mysterious girl. *shudder* When she is finally deemed better and is released, she hopes for a better life. But soon incidents begin popping up again that makes her wonder if she really had been mad that time - or that all she had seen was the truth.

A suggestion for the author - you started off with the protagonist witnessing the accident with the mysterious girl, and getting admitted. It was only in chapter 4 that you said one year has passed and the protagonist is released. How about you just start off chapter 1 with her being released? Then the readers will be kept in suspense - why was she admitted? Adding on to the suspense, you can then reveal the mysterious girl in small snippets of flashback, bit by bit.

Just a comment. Other than that no major problems.

Wrap it up now - stars or stones? Well-balanced so far, but I'm hoping the mystery girl can further pull up the number of stars.
