"It's alright," the teacher told her. "Now, take a seat in that empty desk."

The teacher pointed to the seat next to Leticia. Akemi nodded and slowly walked towards the desk. She set her things down and sat in her seat next to Leticia.

Leticia looked at her desk and sat there silently, wishing her second period class would hurry.

She turned her head to Akemi and opened her mouth to say something but immediately shut her mouth.

She saw that Akemi had done the same thing and also shut her mouth.

"I'm sorry. You can go first." they said in sync. "No, you."

They laughed.

"Please, you go first." Akemi said, politely.

"No, you can say what you had to say." Leticia protested.

Akemi opened her mouth to argue back but thought it was useless so she shut her mouth.

She opened her mouth once more and spoke. "I'm sorry for what I said back there."

"Sorry for what though?" Leticia asked. "It wasn't you that said such horrible things. That was me and I'm sorry for that. You have nothing to apologize for. I'm sorry for that though."

Akemi smiled at her sweetly and giggled.

Leticia looked at her in confusion and blinked. "What's so funny?"

"Ya know what? Why don't we forget what happened and be friends or something?" Akemi asked.

"Sure," she smiled while nodding. "That would be nice."

For the rest of the class, Akemi and Leticia talked and talked with each other. Some people glanced their way when they laughed or giggled, but they didn't care.

They'd found out they had many things in common and acted as if they were sisters.

Akemi Kurosaki was her full name.

They properly introduced themselves to one another and the bell finally rang for them to go to lunch. They all stood up and started walking out of the room.

"Hey Leticia, do you wanna have lunch together?" Akemi asked her.

"Well, I am having lunch with Ciel but I don't think he will mind at all." Leticia shrugged and smiled. "But feel free to have lunch with us. And invite your salmon haired friend too if you want."

"Alright. Is there anywhere specific your gonna sit and eat at?"

"Ciel said we are going to eat on the roof today." Leticia informed her.

"Okay then. I'll see you when I get Natsu. He loves to eat so he might steal some of your food. And I'm sorry if he does."

Leticia laughed. "That's alright. Ciel and my brothers friend Xerxes always steal my cake when they are over. It wouldn't be a new thing."

"Well then." Akemi giggled and waved as she walked away.

Leticia's smile faded away slightly and she turned to walk the opposite direction of Akemi. When she turned she hit someones chest, causing her to stumble back but maintain her balance. She looked up to see Ciel standing there with a small smirk on his pale face.

"So you guys are getting along now?" he asked and she nodded.

"We talked things through and ended up becoming friends. Turns out we have many things in common. Now, lets eat please. I haven't eaten anything yet." She said grabbing his arm and pulling him the wrong way.

"The other way."

"I knew that."
