Chapter#20/Sage's back

In Hell... Again

For the past two day's all I can think about is Cassie. We may have not known each other for very long but it felt like we had a connection.

I think about this while continuing to be Evans errand boy. Man that guy gets on my nerves. I finally get to my room. Exhausted and just when I'm about to pass out I hear a knock from my door.

And guess who it is ....Evan. He opens the door "I was wondering if you would like to help me with something" Do I have a choice??" I guess you don't come on" I get up and head out the door.

We start to walk down a hallway. "So what do you want me to do" this" he opens a door and inside is a desk with stacks and stacks of paper's on top.

"Have fun organizing files" what" good luck" he shuts the door. I plop into a chair and start organizing this mess
For the past two hours I've been contemplating why I haven't left this place yet.

Why haven't I gone after Cassie yet should I? I should shouldn't I she is my soul mate and you can't just let your soulmate float away. I get up from my chair and strut out the door. "What are you doing" "I uh" have you finshed the files yet" I have right this way" I push him through the door and once he's at the desk I slam the door and lock it.

"What do you think you are doing" going after my love" you know once they find me there going to come after you" I know but I'm willing to risk it" he rolls his eyes "Sage.your.dead " I know" I smile.

I kept walking through the castle until I get to the entrance guarded by two guards holding two spears. "Hey fellas" they block me "where are you going" out for a stroll" really" yeah" they look like they don't buy it. Uh time to make the demon king even more mad.

I knock both guards out with my fists and steal there weapons. Wow they have a lot of weapons. After gearing myself I begin my journey. "I'm coming Cassie"

The journey to heaven took a little longer than expected. I finally reach the entrance to Angel Academy . But of coarse it's guarded. "Hello ladies" "demon"I hear a blonde angel whisper to the black haired one. A scared expression on her face.

The other one looks unfazed. "Why are you here demon" to deliver a package" is that so well then you wouldn't mind if I see this... Package" not at all just as soon as you let me in" I start to walk up. She blocks me.

"Not goona happen" I look over at the other angel trying to see if I can charm her. But she's a lost cause she looks as pale as a ghost and is about to feint from fear. The other one is throwing daggers at me she looks like she is about to tear me to shreds. "Angels come on please" I plead.

There not budging. I start to hear footsteps come up from behind me. I hear a BANG and then I'm engulfed by the darkness.

Cassie: "What" I guess you didn't hear me clearly the girl says "your boyfriend is in our dungeons" I get that but.... I didn't even know we had dungeons" where else our we suppose to keep the rouge demons" this must happen often".

actually no he's our first in a very long time" oh well..: I don't even know where the dungeons even are" don't worry Zelena will show you" she walks away Zelena walks up. Come on" she put her's hand in my back and pushes me forward.

We finally finished walking down the stairs to the dungeons. Which btw was all white and everything was bright. She walks me down a hallway and we reach a white door. She pulls it open and inside was a room that was all white it kinda reminded me of the rooms they have in an insane asylum.

I see sage his head down his arms chained to the wall. The door close's behind me. "Cassie" his voice rasps. "are you there" "Yeah I'm here" I walk slowly to him. his chains start to rattle. He's struggling. I hug him. save him the trouble. I feel so uncomfortable right now.

he sense's it. "what's wrong" "why did you come here?" anger and sadness starts to form inside me. "I had to see you" I slap him "do you realize the risk you took coming here sage you're not gonna leave here alive" "I know" did you think you could just waltz in here and not be stopped" "no but-" i put my hand up to his face. "save it you couldn't have just waited until i got another mission to hell and we could see each other then I wrote you a letter"

and I read it but that wasn't enough I had to see you in person" Cassie you are my soulmate" I pause. "woah I think you've gone a little to far I'm only 14" technically your 15" your right angel years" Cassie I'm not joking there hasn't been a day when i stopped thinking about you the day you left i couldn't stop thinking about you. you were always on my mind I started seeing you everywhere I could hear your voice sometimes I never stopped thinking about you" I kissed him.

i don't know why it just felt right he basically explained how i felt the past few day's. i pull away and hug him. i whisper in his ear. "I can't get you out of here without being caught you are just going to have to hang tight for a little bit" he whisper's back that's fine by me because I can't go back"

Sage explains everything that happened. "let me get this straight you just put my entire family in danger" yes I did and i am sorry for that" sorry won't cut it you've ruined my life" huh" having demons here is frowned upon and if the headmaster finds out that i have a relationship with one then I'm banished from angel academy and left to live a miserable life in the human world so thanks a lot"

oh on top of it a pack of demons are coming to kill you and probably terrorize the rest of the acdemeny and that's not if the angels kill you first" so you obviously didn't think about the consequences of coming here" I guess not" how can I fix this?" *sigh* just keep quiet and stay here ill do the dirty work"

I stand up "uh my boyfriend is such an idiot" Boyfriend?" well the girl who told me about you called you my boyfriend so might as well make it official" i kiss him on the cheek. Zelena opens the door "its time" "ill come visit you when i can stay strong" I start to walk toward the door "Cassie wait" I turn around "Cassie you are my soulmate and I love you" I take a breath and walk out. Im not ready to say I Love You again.

I hope you enjoyed this chapter I had trouble with the ending probably because i just came back from a piano bar and i actually wrote half of the chapter there. anyway have any suggestions on were this story should go let me know. have a great night.
