"I don't know whether you're stupid or just plain indecisive. You got the richest most handsome guy in Korea yet you... Ugh my head", Hyeri groaned in frustration as I sighed
Hyeri immediately came to my apartment after I called her about Hyungwon and I. She is here to of course, scold me.
"I'm tired of his jealousy and controlling attitude okay? I am grateful for Hyungwon everyday but I'm just-", she shushed me suddenly
"I know what's wrong. It's not because of Hyungwon's 'attitude', it's about that other guy isn't it?", she looked at me with suspicion as I gulped
"N-no it's not! This has nothing to do with Jungkook", I shook my head
"IT IS! Look at you all red and stuff. God damn it Aira, you're engaged for god's sake! You can't go around with your feelings like a high school girl", she blurted out
"I'm not blushing and Jungkook came to me looking for help, not something else"
"Look at you trying to fool yourself", Hyeri shook her head
"HE DOESN'T EVEN GIVE ME A RING HYERI", I shouted as she was startled
"Are you forreal? But you guys announced your engagement to the public... WHAT?", she slapped her forehead
"You both are so naive. By the way, how is this relationship-wrecker Jungkook guy look like?", she demanded to see a picture of him and I showed him the one we took at the wedding.
Hyeri cleared her throat and stare at the picture for some time.
"Hello? Earth to Hyeri?", I poked her and she snapped back to reality
"Well damn, he is fine", she muttered as I burst into a laugh
"I mean look at him, his face was written hot daddy all over. I bet he looks cute while smiling", she complimented
"He's ripped as well", I added but Hyeri hit my arm
"Ow! Why?", I yelped in pain
"You can't! You're with Hyungwon, well technically on break but still... Doesn't he have any siblings?", her eyes twinkled
"He has 5 bestfriends that is available and as alluring as him", I teased as she squealed
"Nice! I need to learn from you on how to attract these types of hearttrob"
"Wait! Now you have to tell me about what happened to you and Minggyu", I crossed my arms as she sighed
"We're just not as dynamic as we were before. He is attracted to a girl in college and I need to focus on work", she explained
"Dynamic huh? such a unique choice of word", I playfully nudged her as she shrugged
"I'm sorry my brother was an asshole. He told me about the new girl"
"No need to be sorry. I've met the girl and she is super nice", Hyeri patted my shoulder as she leaned against the sofa.
We were casually talking until the door bell rang.
"I'll get the door", Hyeri got up and jogged lightly to the door.
There were silence and I got curious as to who is it so I stood up and walked to the door.
"Who the hell are you?", his voice was cold and scary
Hyeri immediately turned around to see me. I thought she was scared but her face was red.
"Jungkook", I quietly muttered as he barged in the apartment, passing Hyeri in process.
"The Jungkook?", Hyeri said in a high-pitched voice as I nodded
• Hyeri's pov •
I scanned Jungkook as he walked passed me to approach Aira. He was fine as hell while wearing a simple t-shirt paired with black training pants and he's taller than I imagined. His face was undeniably scary though but pretty handsome too. I closed the door quietly.
"You're here for your clothes?", Aira flatly asked as Jungkook's face softens.
I can't help but to sense some weird tension in between them...
"Are you and Hyungwon-", he tried to ask something but Aira interrupted
"That's not what I ask", she walked to the back and grabbed something.
Jungkook sighed and held his head low. Aira then came back and handed him his clothes. He went to the bathroom and closed the door.
"How can you act cold in front of a cold person?", I whispered as Aira chuckled
"Stop speaking in riddles. It's confusing", she stated as I sighed
"You know what I mean!"
"It's just that when I see his face, I remember the morning incident and I got a bit mad", she slumped in her chair
I was about to say something but Jungkook stepped out of the bathroom.
"We need to talk", Jungkook stood in front of Aira as she sighed and stood up
"Let's talk outside", she cued and walked in front of him.
I saw the way Jungkook looked at Aira and I let out a bitter smile
"Oh Aira, he's totally into you. I need backup", I grabbed my phone and dialed Lisa's number.

• Aira's pov •
"What is it?", I crossed my arms while Jungkook cleared his throat
"I'm sorry", he avoided my gaze while saying it. I can't believe he said sorry.
"Uhm what? I can't hear you", I teased as he rolled his eyes
"I said I'm sorry. Because of me, you got into a big fight with Hyungwon", he hung his head low as I exhaled deeply
"Sure", I shrugged
"Actually, I'm not that sorry", I heard him mumbled under his breath
"What are you saying?", I asked him but he just shook his head
"Nothing", he smiled
"See, you can be nice to people", I patted his shoulder as he chuckled
"You're not mad anymore?", his eyes lit up and I chuckled at his action
"Maybe, we'll see", I shrugged
"About earlier, are you still up for it?", he asked
"Oh about that. Are you sure you can't do it on your own?", I tried to sound as nice as possible and he vigorously shook his head
"Nope! I'll only do it if you agree to do it with me", he crossed his arms as I groaned
"But after this, you'll leave me alone?", I demanded
"Fine, if that's what you want", he said with annoyance in his tone but I don't care.
"When will we start?", I nudged him as he suddenly grinned widely. Cute... Wait no, not cute.
"Today", he nonchalantly stated as I immediately formed an X with my arms
"No no no! Hyeri's here and if she knew she'll think you and I... NO"
"Oh come on Aira! The sooner we find her the better", he whined and like a fool, I finally agreed.
"What are we going to do about Hyeri?", I looked up to him as he slyly smirked
