Lawrence's POV
I wake up not even remember I got how I got up here and I here a creak at the door and jump up remembering I'm in Garroth's house. "Oh hey I was just checking if you were awake" Garroth says in a soft tone he carries in a tray of food for me " that all is for me" I say confused ever since I got kicked out I barely ate anything and now I'm served a surplus of food "oh umm w-well I just figured that since you were out there a while you were hungery" he says as he turns a roses pink I mean while am already pure red           "t-thanks Garroth " I look away from him sort of expecting a ki- WAIT LAWRENCE YOU ARE NOT GAY  "ok well I'll leave you be" with that he exits the room and I  can only remember what it feels like to talk to cadenza but it felt like I was talking to her through Garroth she would always kiss my forehead before bed I miss cadenza I think to my self wondering if I will ever see Cadenza's face again. I look over at the food and my stomach growls like I haven't eaten in weeks which I haven't  so I basically go ham and cheese on this food and all that's left is a plate ,a cup and clean utensils which I chose to ignore. I then realize that I'm in the clothes I wore yesterday and I quickly go to the drawer and realize Garroth bought me clothes I change into a t-shirt and pajama pants cause  laziness and with that I take the tray downstairs and I walk to the kitchen and I see garrroth eating and I don't talk  I just lose that ability I try but I can't. "Hey Lawrence", Garroth says, "I thought maybe you could meet some of my friends" I don't reply I fail every time "It's okay you don't have to" He says but I still can't reply LET ME OUT a voice says in my head then I realize my shadow knight is fighting me trying to gain control. "My friend is throwing a party I was wondering if you wanted to go" he says and I nod " Cool be ready at 8 I'll come to get you by the way I got go do some errands" with that sentence He puts on a sweater and leaves I decide to go sleep so i have energy for this party then i go to sleep

-----In Lawrence's dream-----

"let me free NOW" says My shadow knight  Pulling at the white chains  implanted in my brain's ethereal plain. "I cant the last time you rose you killed and I can't live with knowing you hurt people" I reply "You'll be surprised You cant hold me here much longer I will still rise" It says. I walk towards  it  and stare in to Its red eyes "Oh you have so little faith" I say and it breaks its  chains and grabs me "I can control so much more than just your voice" I re-attach it chains "give me my voice back" i say wanting to be able to talk out loud rather than just in my head. "then let me out" it says"no" i reply with an angered tone "then your voice is mine" It says then pushes me ."Darkness will slowly consume you every day" it says while everything I see fades to blackness

-----In reality------

I wake up and I see black veins on my wrist around my bracelet  Darkness will slowly consume you every day  I hear echo through my head. I look at the clock and it reads 7:45   I then bounce up from my bed and race to get take a shower then as i finish i read the clock 7:50 I basically run  to my closet and choose a dress shirt black pants and Black converse high tops. I finish getting dressed and I see Garroth's car pull up and i grab a grey sweater and run down stairs and I see a mirror and I look to see my reflection and I see my eyes are  turning a reddish brown and I rub my eyes then I look back and they are brown again. I walk outside and step into Garroth's car "Hey Lawrence"He says  I raise my hand trying to say something but I'm being held back " why aren't you talking to me" He says with some confusion "Talk to me" he says and I do nothing But out of my mouth I hear "Just drive" But that wasn't me or my voice this voice was my shadow knight talking for me "Fine"he says angered and he starts driving to the Party
