As you poked your head around Dr.Theo's office, he began to get annoyed and he grumbled.

"(Y/n) if you don't stay in one place I swear to god I will sedate you and sell your organs to the black market."

His threat made your blood go cold as you zipped back to your chair as quickly as you could at mach speed. He laughed quietly at your reaction and went back to stitching up Nicholas who was hurt again like always.

You watched Nina talk to worick happily and you smiled to yourself.

Man were you lucky to have friends like them.

"(Y/N)!"

You flinched as you heard Dr.Theo's voice below. You look over to his direction and see him angry.

"E-eh?! IM SORRY!!" You apologized loudly.

He sighed and pointed to his box of cigarettes.

"I just need you to pass me my box."

You pulled one out for yourself and handed him his box. He pulled out one of the sticks and lit it inside the building.

You left the room with out another word, and sat outside the office with the cigarette. You lit it and puffed out some smoke as it eased your nerves. You hear the door open but pay no attention to it.

It was worick.

He sat next to you and lit his own cigarette as well.

"Y'know (y/n)-chan, Theo's got a thing a for you." He mumbled as smoke leaked out of his mouth.

You huffed out more smoke and spoke.

"Really? He's got on me edge with yelling at me all the time.."

Worick shook his head and chuckled, "not like that babe."

You frowned and tapped your cigarette, letting the gray ash slowly flutter on to the floor.

"What do you mean? He's always yelling at me and-"

"(Y/n) (y/n), he really loves you. When you're not there, he always tells me how you're a pain in the ass but you're his pain in ass." He chuckled.

A light blush dusts your cheeks and you looked down at your still burning cigarette and smile to yourself.

"Well, isn't that a surprise." You bring the cigarette to your lips and breath in the smoke and puff it back out.

Your response causes worick to smile and take an other drag at his cigarette.

"How about you (y/n)? How do you feel?" He breathed out the smoke.

You focus on your cigarette and watch the ash float slowly to the ground and see it continuing to burn and release smoke in the process.

You bring it back to your lips and breath in another puff,

"Time will tell, worick. Time will tell." You reply as the smoke leaves your mouth.

He chuckled and stands up and dusts his pants and drops his cigarette to the ground and steps on it.

"We should head back inside, he's probably looking for you." He says as he extended his hand out to grab on to.

You smile and nod and grab onto his hand and he helps you up and begins walking back inside while you followed behind him.

Once you both walked back inside, you see Nicholas sitting down and reading Dr.Theo's lips as he calmly scolded him for over dosing.

"Don't think these are cheap idiot." He said begrudgingly.

Nicholas smirked and looked your way,

"You got my back don'tcha (y/n)?" He signed.

You smiled and signed back "of course, i still owe you for saving my ass a while ago."

He shook his head and signed back "don't worry about that."

You shake your head and smile to yourself, "i still can't thank you enough though nico."

He waved it off and stood up and slipped on his jacket and walked over next to worick, "well, we gotta go. Alex is probably waiting for us at the apartment."

Dr.Theo waved goodbye and soon they left. You walked over and cleaned up the trays since Nina had fallen alseep on a bed.

You chuckle quietly and continue putting things away and you hear Theo speak, "you coming tomorrow?"

"Maybe. I might just drop off and package and get going. I got some "friends" i need to visit." You reply as you wipe the counter where the used-to-be bloody utensils laid previous.

He hummed in response and you soon quickly finished and grabbed your bag and jacket from the rack and waved goodbye to Theo.

*the next day~*

As nina once again patched up Nicholas and this time worick, Theo was near the entrance when he heard a knock on the door.

He raised an eyebrow and walked towards it and opened it to see and brown paper wrapped box tied with a thin rope around it with a red heart drawn on it on the ground.

He stuck his head out and looked to both the left and the right and saw nobody.

He shrugged and bent over to pick it up and saw handwriting on it as well.

Theo.

Enjoy these cancer sticks. They're killing me and you slowly :) ♡

Theo wondered who else he knew smoked cigarettes and it soon popped into his head.

You.

He shook his head and smiled.

"What a troublesome girl,... God i love her."
